Very bad experience with this shop. I visited them for brake oil change, and the store manager promised that the charge won't be more than $140. I mentioned that there is some noise while driving so they could let me if there is any issue if they find. Later they ask for additional $900 for brake pad and rotor replacement, I refused. When I pick up the car, they charge me additional $50, because I didn't agree with brake replacement, so they need diagnosis fee, Finally I paid $190 in total... They are dishonest! I go to Honda dealer later, and Honda service told me I don't need to replace rotor! and the brake oil is till very dirty....

I have been taking my 92 Toyota pickup here for all kinds of maintenance and repair jobs the last few years. I was happy with their work 90% of the time. Any issues I had after a job were quickly fixed at no extra cost (we all make mistakes). I recently decided to start restoring the truck and Salvador, David, and John were there to listen do the heavy lifting. The project included installing/swapping a re-manufactured motor, converting cold air intake back to stock air box, re-manned air flow meter, Egr and components, re manned fuel injectors, clutch and flywheel, O2 sensors, radiator, alternator, starter, cleaning of upper plenum and throttle body, TPS and adjustment, battery, new drive train and u joints, and the list goes on. They sent me pictures and kept me informed as the project progressed. When the job was done, i took it easy on her for awhile, took it back for some fine tuning (so many new parts) and commuted from the bay to sacramento daily for a month, and she ran like a champ. I recently moved out of the bay and my new mechanics complemented Imperial Automotive on the work they did. Still running like brand new truck. Thanks for helping me getting this truck back in good shape.

I had my car repaired in this place. During the Covid19 period, I drove my car once a week. One day, I drove to a supermarket to purchase something. However my car had a lot of smoking and suddenly stopped working. I found it was because of shortage of coolant. I purchased a can of coolant from this store. I filled it up and drove a few miles. Then it stopped again. I talked to this auto care that I needed to bring my car fixed. They agreed to fix my car as soon as possible. I called my insurance company to have a tow car service. They fixed and replaced the pipe of coolant and checked car engine. The price is very reasonable. Thank you for the quick fix.

I had a great experience at Imperial Automotive. The CV axle on my car broke while my family and I were in Cupertino. I had my car towed to them and explained that I live near Sacramento and I'm stuck in Cupertino with a broke down car. I had my pickup towed to this auto shop because it is located down the street from my job. A coworker told me my fuel pump may have died and that it should be a relatively inexpensive fix. Turns out the mechanic agreed that my fuel pump went out and told me that it would take 2 DAYS to fix and at least 8 hours of labor costing 2K!!! My coworker told me the heat pump alone will cost around $300, the mechanic at this shop stated the heat pump alone will cost $700!! Needless to say I had my truck towed a 2nd time to Campbell Motor Center who told me the part was $300 and would take 3 hours of labor to fix. Imperial Automotive was definitely taking advantage of the fact that I am a woman and not mechanically inclined. They are not honest mechanics. Do not trust them.

Amazing mechanics— I’ve brought my old Integra to this place the first time for a coolant replacement and Yun identified a bunch of issues that were making it difficult to drive. On the second trip, he swapped out a warped rotor and didn’t charge me for the brake fluid replacement. Incredible service at great prices, and he doesn’t charge you when he doesn’t have to. I couldn’t be happier with the way my car drives now.
