This is probably the first mechanic I’ve met that I can fully trust. My car was in a pretty bad wreck and in the end, I paid significantly less for the work done than originally quoted for. It’s safe to assume most places will try to get every dollar out of you possible but I’ve never had to end up paying less than originally thought. Alex was very professional and honest while being kind. Turn around time was quick and the paint match is very good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Just picked up my car and I'm still giddy! Got into a situation where I had two claims back to back. The damage both times was to the front bumper and I was dreading to figure that out. But the team over there is super friendly and on top of it! They worked with my insurance to get everything figured out and replaced my bumper with as little cost to myself as possible! Super awesome people over there and will absolutely use them again in the future. They also cleaned my car before returning it to me I'm super thankful for because my car was a muddy and dusty mess! Car looks great and I'm super thankful. Thanks again for everything!

They did a great job for me! A car backed into my car, leaving minor scratches across my bumper. After taking a look at the scratches, they gave me a verbal quote of $200 to buff out the scratches and polish the area. They were able to do the job the very next morning. The scratches were gone, they washed my car, and charged me exactly $200 after tax. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

All About Auto Collision did a great job repairing my brand new car after someone backed into it while it was parked on the street. Alex was extremely professional and friendly, and was able to get the work done in less than a week. I had brought them the estimate from my insurance company, and they were able to follow the order and price with no issues. My car was ready for me when I got there, and it was cleaned professionally. All work is guaranteed for life. I hope not to have to need body work again any time soon, but if I do, I would definitely return here!

We were very pleased with our experience at All About Auto Collision. The staff was very friendly, got us in same day for an estimate, and provided the documentation we needed for insurance as soon as we requested it. Initially we were scheduled to start work on our car in early February, but they were able to get us in two weeks early. They had our car for 2 weeks (car is older and parts were a little tricky to order). They replaced the hood, radiator, AC compressor, headlights, front bumper and the front frame. They vacuumed the car and wiped down the interior before returning it to us. The car looks fantastic, and feels solid after driving it about 30 minutes to get it home.

Not qualified to work on any vehicle valued at more then 5k. Work is very poor on my car and my sons car. Hid damage they caused.. put used dirty parts on my seats, on 1 yr old car. Lied about what work they did to ins co. Charged for parts not replaced. Just very poor quality work... and owner will argue to no end, then call police. Takes no responsibility at all. Had to settle in small claims court.

Custom Auto Collision was the worst experience I ever had trying to find a reliable shop to get my car fixed. I did some research on google and yelp. They have good reviews so I figured I would take my car here to get my car fix. I talked to Ricky which it’s the shop owner. He told me that he’ll deal with my insurance company directly and all I’ve to do it’s to pay my deductible. He was trying to win my business over our first conversation we had. Sounds like I can trust him from the beginning because all I wanted it’s my car to be fixed. He told me that it’ll be done within 2-3 weeks but took them over a month and half to finally get my car back. Once I got it back, they didn’t bother to do alignment for my car and said they drove my car around without hands on the steering wheel and it’s seems to drive straight so no need for alignment. Really??? They didn’t completed the works to my car either. This is a joke and clown shop. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone if you trying to get your car fixed the right ways. I was frustrated so I called Ricky over the phone about why he made all the broken promises and why is so many weeks delay? He actually went off on me and said some disrespectful words and we had argument over this situation. Common man! You’re not doing your jobs correctly. You even told me that your shop it’s in debt for 17k and there’s a car in your shop that you couldn’t find the parts to get it done for 2 yrs now. That might be the reason why you don’t have the funds to order the parts for my car. My insurance trying to pay you directly and you don’t have the taxes ID numbers? I asked Ricky if he can charges 4.4k to my debit card and he said his shop only takes cash from his customers. This is a red flags! I dont know if there’s some scandalous business you’re doing behind the scene! I didn’t mind going to the bank and withdraw the money out to pay for the repairs. I asked for a receipt for 4.4k in cash I gave him for the repairs. He just handed me the estimate paperwork. Are you trying to hide paying taxes to the IRS with your Auto business? My car insurance only covers $500 for car rentals. It took you 1 1/2 months to get it done when other shops can get it done within 2 weeks. I ended up paying over 1k out of my pocket for extra weeks of car rentals since you took so long to get it completed. Ricky was very rude and disrespectful once you get to know him and how he operate. This was my worst experience ever! I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. They talk all the talk and can’t walk the walk. Custom Auto it’s a small shop and don’t have the right equipments to get your car done correctly. You can go to his shop first and take a look around and you’ll know what I am talking about. I finally got a called from Ricky and he said my car is ready to pickup. I was excited But OMG! Are your serious??? They didn’t completed the works to my car, the front right side bumper was still hanging loose cause they didn’t bother to their job correctly. I’ve to take my car to Sun Auto (Renton) two months later and paid them out of my pocket to get my car alignment and also for the broken front right axle that was leaking oil when your shop installed it into my car the first time. Don’t be fools into getting your car fix at Custom Auto. This shop is a scammed, unreliable and untrustworthy.

All About Auto Collision is AWESOME! This is the third time I've gone to them. This time I needed a mirror assembly replaced. Not only were they the best price but actually reduced the price from what was quoted. I guess the part ended up being less than originally quoted and they passed the savings onto me! Most places wouldn't have. Their work is great, the owner and staff are all wonderful. I can't say enough good things about All About Auto Collision and highly recommend trusting your car or truck to them.

Decided to try this shop after my first car accident. Luckily was only the front bumper. Box truck backed into my front bumper and dragged. The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.
