They used to be good. Not any more it's like he's overwhelmed with all the cars he takes in. And lack of communication with his mechanics. Took my vehicle In took two weeks for him to find the problem, he swapped out the part to only get it back in worst conditions. I would not recommend coming here. He puts his trust on his workers and I feel they don't do honest work.

I went last week to replace my entire AC system and have zero complaints. I haven’t had working AC for over a year and had been around Brownsville trying to find a reasonable mechanic but was quoted very high amounts to do the job. At Dans, I was able to get the whole system replaced in 4 hours for a 1/3 of the price of other mechanics quotes. Dans work included 6 month warranty on labor and lifetime warranty on the parts. He was patient and explained everything to me as someone who knows zero about cars. Would definitely recommend!

Took SUV in to get it worked on. Did a horrible job. AC needed to be replaced. Said it will take 3 days, took longer. After a week and paying $1,000 for a new AC it was given back to me not working with the same old broken AC in it. Took it back and the owner takes a look at it and says oh look heres the problem you have a old broken AC unit. So it was never changed with the new one. He was surprised after i told him i brought it here for the new one. After all that 2 days later he put the new one himself. With parts missing. Always ask for receipts. And take before and after pictures that way you know whats missing.

My Mustang was having problems. Only to see that it was missing so many parts. I know where they went. They gave my personal info away where I live and my phone number. Had people and there workers showing up at my house asking me if they can buy my vehicle.. I am not happy. I made a mistake by listening to someone from southmost, recommended me this place. Felt like they where moving it to the back where all the trashed cars are to hold it hostage by not being able to get it out. Dan does not own this anymore it was sold a long time ago.
