They also fixed the damaged fuel pump and had the vehicle repaired and ready to go the same day. Took my car to pep boys and they gave me the wrong spark plugs and gave me two new fuel injectors after promising that would fix the misfires. However it didn’t and I ended up spending 1500 for nothing. Afterwards I talked to a coworker and they suggested picazos garage. I took my car there and do not regret it they changed my coils and regapped my sparkplugs that pep boys did wrong for only 200$. And saved my engine by telling me I needed a new timing belt to fix the main misfire. My car has never ran better after taking it here will be going again for future repairs/modifications.👍

Excellent service! A/C on my car stopped working on a very hot day I called the shop they took my car in the same day and gave me a FREE a/c diagnostic on the problem. I thought I wasn’t going to be able to afford the repair at the time but the price was very reasonable and they even offer financing. My car was ready very quickly.

MIRACLE. UNBEATABLE SERVICE. I just moved to the RGV in August, and the auto-stop-start system in my vehicle started failing. At each stoplight, I felt complete dread. Sometimes it would turn over and start; other times, traffic behind me would begin honking as I put on the hazards, placed the vehicle in park, and restarted it manually. In addition, my Jeep's cooling system started having problems, and I would have to blast the hot air with the windows rolled down to prevent it from overheating. I tried two dealerships. One said diagnosing the problems would take a week, and then longer to fix them; the other refused me because my mileage was over 100,000. Feeling so vulnerable and alone in the area, without knowing anyone to trust, I tried Picazo's when I found it on Google and saw they operated 24/7. I work night shift and need a reliable vehicle to make it 20 minutes down the freeway each shift. I tried calling and hung up without leaving a voicemail when no one answered. After 10 minutes, I received a call back. Gilbert explained they offer a 24/7 towing service with the garage open from 8-5. After explaining what was going on, he said to drop by in the morning, and they would diagnose the problem that day. After finishing a twelve-hour shift, I showed up, and they immediately started working on the Jeep after I explained what was happening. About two hours later, I received an estimate. Five hours later, I received a call that my vehicle was complete. The next day, I received a follow-up check-in to make sure everything was still running smoothly. In this present age of AI slop and automated or overseas support, I cannot recommend Picazo's enough for their efficiency, professionalism, and fairness, as well as the human connection and service that makes you feel cared for. Bonus: After seven years, I did finally learn how to disable my auto-start-stop system with the press of a button after they showed me.

Was having issues with my 2020 RAM 1500 5.7, I had the idea that it was possibly the starter malfunctioning. Called the shop and Mr. Picazo answered promptly and we went over the pricing and he explained that he would take care of diagnosing the issue, and even though I called 30 minutes prior to closing they accommodated to me and managed to service my truck. They had my truck ready for me the same day and I am very grateful for their services and professionalism. The price was very reasonable as well. After a full inspection, it turned out my car needed a transmission flush, spark plugs, ignition coils, front struts, and a new battery.
