I walked in and instantly got a good vibe Don was very professional and kind, then I met David and he was also very professional and kind. The two of them are honest and knowledgeable I was expecting to spend $$$ but they checked my vichecle and what I needed was just a tire they did an oil change topped off my fluids, I even brought my mother to meet the two of them. I highly recommend this business, my son in love sent me to them now they have two new customers for all our repair needs. Thank you Don and David keep up the great work and customer service.

A big ole' nope for me! I purchased a car they had for sell in their parking lot that was on consignment. The owner of the shop mentioned that they said they had maintained for over 10 years. The car was purchased as-is and I asked the owner what other issues needed to be addressed, and he said nothing. After we got it home and had a more thorough look, it appears to have been FLOODED! Also about $3k more work needed to be done on the front end that they said they repaired. The owner/mechanic never mentioned this and I felt he was being intentionally deceiving, which explains why he kept saying 'this is as-is' and ' you are not buying this from us, but our customer'. So yeah, I made a mistake by trusting these guys. I suggest you proceed with caution.

I highly recommend this mechanic shop. For reference, I’m a 24 year old girl, they didn’t try to rip me off one bit all though they knew I knew nothing about cars. They worked in a timely manner and treated me with respect. Don was very personable as well. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood and even went above and beyond to print out all the warranty’s I should look into getting fixed.

I decided to give them try with my first oil change. Then I ended up going back there after luv's car Wash damage my car and they were able to repair My car. Don is amazing. He had parts delivered before my car arrived on one situation. And David and his son are very knowledgeable, Which is great to know they've been doing this line of work for a long time. So happy there in orange city. Which is close to where I live. I would highly recommend to anyone. They are fair, reasonable, and they won't rip-off Any woman that goes there for help! You can Google prices on any repairs. And it comes out exactly what they tell you. Thank you, Don, David and David's son For all your help, being patient with all my repairs On my Ford Mustang. This was my first time bringing my car here to be worked on. They were recommended and after a looking at some past reviews, I decided to give them a call and setup an appointment for service. I found the staff very professional and honest. They completed the alternator replacement and suggested that I also replace the old serpentine belt. Another auto shop wanted to replace my battery and made no mention of replacing the belt. So that suggestion of replacing the belt made me realize that these guys know what they are doing. I was very impressed with the service and the fair price.

Brought my truck there after a recommendation. I was under the impression the timing chain needed to be replaced and they could handle it. I dropped my truck off before Christmas with a 1k$ deposit to get started. They called me back weeks later to tell me the entire motor was blown and my choices were to replace the motor with them or pay ANOTHER fee to just have my tuck back. I already paid 1k$. So diagnosing is over 1500?!? That's absolutely insane. On top of that they said after 10 days they would start charging me storage. I was incredibly disappointed by this whole experience. I'm questioning if the diagnosis is even correct at this point.

If you are looking for a place with the knowledge to repair your vehicle. David Johnson's is one of the best there is. He has taken care of all of our work vans and private vehicles for the past 15+ years. From oil changes, tune ups and any repairs that have ever been needed. He has done them in a timely manner at a very fair price. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time visiting David Johnson's automotive. And I can't say my experience was pleasant. How to wait till he got back from vacation cuz he's been very busy and I got excellent service. I had an oil leak, didn't know where it was coming from and it was diagnosed and taken care of and fixed all within 5 hours. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs a mechanic and I will definitely return.

Our car showed signs of serpentine belt issues at the Blue Springs State Park. I didn't want to drive long with this issues and this mechanic shop was the closest. They were very accommodating and helped us out in a bind. They replaced the fan belt and serpentine belt. They also informed us that we needed a new alternator. When we got into our car we noticed that someone had probably smoked in the car as the car smelt like an ashtray. We were trying to be polite so we didn't mention this when we were leaving the shop. We left the shop and when we arrived in Orlando at the hotel we noticed that there was smoke coming from the engine, and then flames. I was rushing to put out the flames and smoke and found the source of the fire was a clip board that was left in the engine from the auto shop. I was very upset because if I didn't find the problem when I did our car would have burst in flames. Now I am totally doubting the quality of their work. I don't need to explain how dangerous the situation could have been and hope they do better due diligence the next time they work on an engine. I gave them a call and told them what had happened but they thanked me for the calling and informing them about the situation.

If you have any doubts whatsoever about this shop as far as getting your own vehicle repaired here or even getting an oil change, my advice do it. You will not regret it. These people are professional, courteous, excellent customer service, great prices, quick turn around time on repairs. I especially like the commitment to put the best parts possible for your vehicle, not just the cheapest parts. I find them to be a very reputable place and I will only trust them with my vehicles. I just had my 2012 Honda Accord repaired. It had an AC problem. They knew that it was the condenser. They ordered the right the right part preferred by Honda and OEM part so to speak. They discovered at the expansion valve had gone bad while they were fixing the condenser. They told me immediately and gave me a new estimated price and proceed to repair it. Now it's cold air coming out of there. Thank you David Johnson, Don, Tina, everybody you guys are great.

I took my car here a few months back, entrusted my car keys to them and two days later they hand me my keys back with a keychain missing. Told me they didn’t see any keychain on my keys which is funny because earlier that same day that I picked up my car, my mother informed me she had seen my keychain on my keys. That keychain was very important to me and apparently they don’t have cctv they could check. Which is weird because I believe that if you’re running a business where you are handling people’s belongings, you should have cctv. Still haven’t gotten my keychain back, I am unable to get another one as it was something given to me by a stranger at a concert and I don’t even think they looked for it. I did check my car like they told me to and lo and behold, my keychain was not in my car. I firmly believe an employee either stole it or handled my keys carelessly. That keychain was very well put on and could not have just fallen off without force or manually being clipped off. If you go here, take everything off of your keys because they will lose or steal it and not care enough to actually look.
