Repeat customer to lost customer. I called them an Matt answered (AJ’s son, I think Matt’s his name) an I set an appointment up a for a alignment for the next day for my vehicle but when I got there he told me his alignment guy was not there and that he would be there soon. As I am waiting HIS alignment guy was there the whole time working on another vehicle. My vehicle was lowered at the time an I live 2 mins down the road from them. I only use them so I know who does the alignment as I get them often due to my vehicle being lowered an working on it pretty often. Matt approached me a 2nd time n told me his alignment guy isn’t coming in yet and that he would call me when he showed up… approximately 3 hours later I called again for the alignment an he said his guy never showed up. So we set another appointment for the following week when I showed up they were busy a told me to come back later.. what’s the point of making appointments if you do not follow thru? I really like the shop but definitely won’t go again nor will i recommend anyone. Highland tires is a much better place an has better customer service + better pricing. Not trying to bash this shop as I said I’ve been going there since I got my license but one bad interaction can ruin a relationship. Customer service is not the greatest.★☆☆☆☆ a month ago
