Absolute worst service center I have ever been to. Took them 3 hours, install 2 tires. I had to come back twice because they failed to properly tighten a valve in my tire so my tire was leaking air as soon as I left. They have 4 stations for tires and only do one at a time. Worst part of it is that I left with more problems. Tie Rod End became loose and the ABS and TCS lights for my car came on. I don't believe that this was a coincidence. I think they were simply rushing their work. Go spend a few extra dollars at a quality service center.

I wish I could give negative stars I bought two tires and got a rotation there about two weeks ago. My tire blew out on the highway keep in mind that the other two tires on my car are over three years old and did not blow out! Came back to get another one and get it fixed was told I would have to pay for a new one and I have been sitting in the line for an hour already and not a single car had been taken care of.

Michael in the auto center took care of the oil change right away. Highly recommend and would be returning for the fast service.

So our tire burst due to us hitting something in the road we put a spare on and came to this location in need of a tire. They were so rude and disrespectful respectful saying we needed to have an appointment as you can see this was unexpected. Ridiculous. Also, no one was there getting any work done and this was at 6:20 PM. They close at 7 PM.

I took my wife’s car to Walmart auto care center. They were very fast and knew what they were doing (as far as oil changes go). I put 4 star because they didn’t ask what type of oil i specifically wanted in the car, I had to ask. It’s petty but you’d think to ask a customer if they’d have a preference for oil especially since the oil I asked for is an up charge anyways.

got my oil changed here 2 months ago and i’ve been to 2 separate walmarts and they say they can’t do it bc they don’t have a tool for it… but did the one 2 months ago just fine. tired of wasting my time when i make an appointment , if you don’t have the equipment u should be able to let the customer know before they waste their time coming up there, keep in mind i drive a vw beetle not super common but not rare either.

Went here to get a tire replaced. The guy came out saw me l, tried to convince me to leave by saying they were busy and it would take long. He then said to wait here then disappeared for 20 minutes. I went inside to find him and when he saw me he said he was going on break and would be back in 30 minutes! I found another tech who actually was helpful but this behavior is unacceptable. He got another lady pissed and she left while I was waiting! If my tire hadn't been blown out and car riding on spare I would have gladly gone anywhere else. This place sucks, do not go here!

Arrived at around 3:10 and pulled up at the garage. No one came out and greeted me after sitting there for 5 mins but I could see a guy talking to a woman as if he was taking down what she needed done. I got out and stood by waiting and they talked for about ten minutes on what she needed doing. Once done, he said I’ll be back and walked off. I stood there for about another 10 mins and then by this point the lane next to where my car was had two new cars arrive. A guy immediately picks up an iPad and walks over to them and he starts discussing what he would like done (which shows it’s not a pre scheduled appointment or it would be logged). I went outside and said “hey I’ve been here waiting” and the guy apologized. Another mechanic comes over and said sorry I saw you waiting but didn’t know it was to be checked in so I just looked the other way. I said no problem these things happen and he suggested I sit in my car and wait. The guy came and assisted me afterwards and apologized and he told me it would be an hour and a half. When I go inside, the guy who said he’d be back was just in there chit chatting over general topics with colleagues.. I go away for 2 hours and I’m checking the app and no update has been made. I go outside and see my car still sitting there and all the other cars that joined after me in the other lane, gone. Only because I made a complaint did they all suddenly rush to do my car. If I hadn’t said anything I would have still been waiting. They told me it would take another hour and a half minimum! Why did they tell me an hour and a half before. If I knew it was going to be longer I wouldn’t have done it. I told the guy I needed to take an important call (which I took from Walmart but did not sound good for such an important call) but his suggestion was “what’s your priority, the call or the car”. Although I believe his intention was to be a helpful suggestion, it just made me more annoyed with the fact that his solution was for me to just accept I sat there for 2 hours at this point for no reason. He also said well some cars could have had appointments. It was not even busy it was 3:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Another guy who helped me at the same time who got them to start working on my car immediately came back and it was even ME who said “sorry if I’m sounding like a dick but it’s been ages for no reason”. He himself even said I understand this should not have taken 2 hours and walked away. Still at this point.. no one has even said sorry. I asked to speak to a manager and the guy just looked away and said “there’s nothing I can do”. Another hour and a half goes by and it’s finally ready but I then have to wait another ten minutes because another guy is complaining about a cost he wasn’t made aware of and had to call customer service on the phone and even the customer service guy on the phone sounded like he was telling the auto center off for doing something out of process. When I finally got there 3.5 hours after I was checked in (but an additional 20 mins of me waiting to be talked to) I was just shocked that there was no “we’re really sorry about the wait” let alone any sort of “we want to make this up to you here’s 5% off” or anything. I complained again and said you haven’t even said sorry and he started going on about how “I work 4pm - 9pm I wasn’t here” and in my mind I’m thinking I don’t care what time you got here the problem happened with or without you here! He said “I don’t want you to think I don’t take this seriously so I will make sure to make a complaint to investigate this issue with the technicians”. What good does that do me? I’ve been there almost 4 hours. At this point I couldn’t even be bothered to argue anymore. I don’t blame the guy at the counter though.. I just would not have handled it the way he did and I certainly would have been 100 times more apologetic and tried to end the transaction with a way of trying to make me leave happy. I also looked at my bill when I got home and I’ve been charged an extra $32 for something that says rot.bal-life on my receipt. Why?!

Angelray has the customer service and manners of a slug. Service for one tire took exactly one hour and there’s almost zero attempt to help move things along from multiple staff members who stand around, staring at their phones. I had to go to Chick-fil-a after it was over, just so I could wash the bad customer service off of me.

One-Star Tire Installation Experience at Walmart Auto Center I arrived for my 1 PM appointment at this Walmart Auto Center to have two tires installed. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward service turned into a frustrating and poorly managed experience. When I checked in, the service rep spent 15 minutes venting about the previous customer, which seemed unprofessional and wasted time. It then took an additional 45 minutes before my vehicle was even brought into the service bay. Once the technician began working on my car, he was interrupted multiple times by other staff, delaying the process further. The final interruption was particularly concerning: a young man in a Walmart uniform instructed the technician to stop working on my car to assist another customer that had just pulled up. This young man then began walking away, so I approached him to ask why he had pulled the technician away from my service. His response was, "I’m off the clock." When I questioned why he was giving orders if he wasn’t working, he added, "That man works for me." I asked for his name, but he refused, saying, "I’m not giving you my name," before getting into his car and driving off. I later found the individual’s name was Cesar from the employee photos posted in the waiting area. I reported his rude and unprofessional behavior to the manager, but based on my overall experience, I have little confidence that my complaint will be taken seriously. If you’re planning to use this tire shop, I recommend allowing yourself plenty of time because efficiency and customer service do not appear to be priorities here. Unfortunately, my experience suggests that poor management and unprofessional behavior are part of the culture at this location.

I had an all-around bad experience with Walmart when purchasing tires. I ordered them online, only to be notified the very next day that the price had dropped by about 30%—a major disappointment that left me feeling ripped off. On top of that, the tires arrived late, causing me to miss my weekend installation appointment. Since I needed the tires urgently, I rescheduled for a weekday and set up an appointment for Thursday at 4 pm. I arrived early at 3:30, hoping to get ahead, but ended up waiting until 8 pm for the installation to be completed—a total of four hours! The whole experience was frustrating. It felt like the workers were going through the motions without much urgency. Walmart should consider paying them by the job rather than hourly—maybe then they'd work a bit faster. Between the time, money, and lack of service, I can't recommend this experience.

We had a 7:30am appointment and sat for almost 30 minutes. There were no signs up and the door to the car center was locked. When we called the auto center, we were told their opening time was to be determined because they did not have enough employees to open up the car center. They said we could go to the Howland location for assistance. Upon entering the store to purchase the required materials to do our oil change ourselves, there were three employees in the car center talking about the reasons why others had called out. They would not help customers who had questions and/or wanted to check out in that department. Very poor customer service.

I had my TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems replaced in under an hour, even driving up without an appointment. Or you can call and make an appointment which I like as some of the others don't offer this. The price was also unreal saved me 400 dollars as that is what the other tire places charge, these guys only charge 30 for each sensor and that includes labor. Very happy!!!

Wal-Mart's Tire Center in Orange City did a terrific job. I ordered the tires online and was able to set an appointment. The employees were welcoming and very courteous. They answered all my questions and notified me of every step in the tire application process. I was in and out in under hour. I strongly recommend to others👍

My mom ordered tires online at walmart.com and I made a service appointment to have them put on. I was walking around and sitting around walmart for 4 hours for them to get them done. My car literally sat the whole time, I watched. The car in front of me was in and out in less than an hour. It was ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Didn’t even bat an eye that i’d been there for so long. I’ll update my review to see how the tires are working out.

I'm actually sitting here waiting for a locksmith. The Walmart employee checked me in for the purchase of 4 tires. He left the keys in the car and closed the door. Now the keys are locked in my car and Walmart called a locksmith. This could take up to 3 hours. I've already been sitting here for a few hours. After I finally get the tires on, I will not come back to Walmart auto in Orange City.

I have to give a BIG COMPLIMENT to ISMAEL in the Auto Department of Walmart. If you interact with him know that he is PASSIONATE about customer service and will do everything in his power to assist & make your experience positive. Which is soooo rare in an establishment like this. Custom service is the last thing I expected when doing business here. He needs a raise! Seriously. Got tires & he made the process so seamless and made such a lasting impression. I'll be doing more business here just because of him

No management at this place. It’s always an issue every time I stop by for anything. Services seem good but not enough staff to execute and provide such. I’ve changed all my tires here twice and have purchased all warranties in case I get flats or anything. I have stopped by at least three times to get my tires checked due to punctures, etc and I’m always told to come back as there is not enough personnel to address my issues. Am I really expected to make an appointment for a flat, really? Unbelievable! I am here today since 5pm due to my rear tire reading low pressure. No one here to even address me. I go into the office after waiting outside for more than 10 minutes only to be told they are not taking any more cars as there is no one to do the work. Google shows the auto center open until 7pm. Come on walmart!

Called up was told only a few minutes for oil and filter change. Get there was told it would take about an hour. I said ok so I can go shopping? He says yes. I go shopping hour n a half. My car is sitting there 10 more minutes no one working on it. The guys are standing all around n behind it 4 of them a mechanic comes in n the guy tells him the issue. He then goes out starts my car 10 minutes later I wait another 15 minutes. Still noone came to get my food I had to rush home with the crap thawing. It was a mess. I've had issues with them before but not to this extent. Now I've got charged n refunds and issues on my card and another charge. Like damn it man!!! Now I'm paying extra for this?! I hope all the charges fall off.
