I love coming here for many reasons. Stuart in the service department always makes sure to help me out and thoroughly look at everything before he quotes and gets started and gets things done in a timely manner. I just did a trade in and Barry was my sales rep and was amazing and made sure I got the best deal that best suited my needs. Melissa and Haley are true professionals. I live 3 1/2 hours away and trying to make deals over the phone was almost impossible with everyone. I just bought a 2018 Dodge Ram from here. I got an amazing deal on it and the sale was as stress-free as possible. I got the extended bumper to bumper warranty that doesn't start for 45 days from purchase. The ck engine light came on and we realized there were some issues. My 1st call in to Ken Sidwell the used car manager was great but still a bit frustrated and worried I was told to talk to Alex Clute in Service. Alex really has done everything to help make this as stress-free as possible. He walked me thru the entire warranty process that goes thru the dealerships used car warranty, to the loaner vehicle though enterprise and it is comparable with mine. 5/5 stars. Here's my story! I'm from Ohio and I wanted to buy a used jeep Wrangler from them. I flew down to FL and they came & picked me up. While in the car, I started reading their reviews on Apple Maps and read all these negatives things talking about how cars blew up and to avoided them. So when I got to the dealership I was very hesitate on buying the jeep. I worked with Melissa and she let me test drive it from an hour because I was going to drive it home. The jeep checked out and everything was perfect. I had loan already set but there finance guy, sent me up with capital one and got me a lower rate and a 4 year mopar warranty and at the end of the deal I was given a iPad HAHAHA I left there thinking, what the heck just happened. The exceeded my expectations and everyone was great! The jeep was 2017 and is still running fine, it's been about 2 months now.

If you want a small family oriented dealership where they greet you on the phone with a warm, attentive attitude and actually follows through on EVERY thing you simply just ask about - this is YOUR dealership! Clayton & our finance manager made my jeep deal a BREEZE tonight. Our finance manager even stopped to help me understand the GAP process on a vehicle of mine that was deemed a total loss and my next steps for GAP!! From start to finish Clayton worked with me on being very transparent- even pointed out to me very minimal cosmetic flaw instead of trying to hide it (that’s a good sales person right there!!!) Dayton is very lucky to have such an energetic salesperson who truly does love what he does for a living. Good car salespersons who truly care about their customers are hard to come by nowadays - but Clayton puts reassurance there’s still good hearted people, yet alone dealerships. I can’t thank Clayton enough for turning an unfortunate situation into a literally jaw dropping smile when I saw the vehicle we drove an hour and a half away for!!
