Very different service Thier and not in a good way...didn't even feel comfortable leaving my car Thier after a few times giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm now looking for another mechanic for further issues if some were to arise in the future.

The owner was very busy when I went there . But he gave me his expert advise what was wrong with my Honda . I fixed it myself. I was so impressed that he would give me such info . Kudos 👍 to him.

Horrible service went in for a check up with no problems, they removed the seals on my radiator then tried to force me to buy a new one, then when I said I don't want it they charged me 20$ because I didn't want it then my cousin told me they pulled the same stunt on him! just lost hours of my time and a lot of money. SCAM ARTISTS DON'T EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! RIP OFF!

Took my car in today for a pre-emoyment inspection and the front desk guy invites me into the mechanic's bay where they have my car on a lift. He invites me to stand undernearth the car (which mechanic's insurance prohibits) and shows me a leak that appeard to be coming from the radiator. He tells me my radiator is cracked and needs to be replaced right away. I tell him no, ill look at it when i get home and fix it myself, and if not, ill probably take it to my mechanic. He then tells me, "why not let us do it?" which I found odd, but thought maybe he was just trying to be helpful. I get home, i park my car and let the engine cool. I check the area that was supposed to be "cracked" and i see no crack. I keep looking around and discover that my radiator overflow hose came off and coolant was leaking from there. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I honestly feel this guy was trying to play me for a fool and make some extra cash by suggesting unnecessary repairs.

I haven’t done business here because I’m a mobile mechanic, but I read such ridiculous comments on here, I had to say something. The audacity to say, “they charged me $75 to remove two bolts.” If it were just “two bolts” why on earth didn’t you do it yourself?? Because you don’t have tools? We do and we paid hard earned money for them. Because you might strip the bolts? We know how to remove those. Because you might snap the bolt? We’ve learned through trial and error how to extract those. Because you don’t have the patience? Neither do we, for people like you. Because it’s in a difficult spot and you don’t know how to get to it? We can. It’s time to face the fact that you don’t have the skills we do and badgering us about our worth is incredibly disrespectful. Stay in your lane.

I came into this shop to fix 2 simple things that can be done within an hour, but instead I spent almost 6 hours there! First I've been waiting 3 hours in the line to get my car in the garage, then 1 hour to fix thing thing that take 15-20 minutes at most! and they charged $75 for just unscrew 2 bolts replace part and screw them back (and I brought that part with me!), and then I've been waiting 3 more hours for someone to deliver serpentine belt! By the end of the 3rd hour the guy from shop drove off by himself and was back in 5 minutes with the belt!!! I am not going in this shop anymore..

This is a very honest auto shop with very reasonable prices. I also bought my car from Mike who owns the place and I drive to all the way from Riverside to Advance Auto care any time I need car maintenance because their prices are so great and I completely trust them to not rip me off. I went to a Big O' Tires to get my oil changed and they tried to sell me on a bunch of work on my car which would've costed me a fortune. I then bought my car to Advance Auto Care and they honestly told me what was actually needed and what wasn't and I paid a fraction of the cost I was quoted at Big O Tires. They care about their customers and maintaining long term relationships and are good at what they do. I highly recommend this place!

I went there for my Smog Check, which was very reasonable, and the owner, I believe, was a very nice man. But he showed me something interesting under my car. There was a leak coming from the screw where they normally drain the oil. I may be a girl but I think I am somewhat knowledgeable of the simple parts of a car. It wasn't leaking on my driveway or anywhere else, oil gauge was fine etc... so he said, a simple $100 will fix it. Well, he obviously turned the screw enough to cause that leak, I believe, so of course I DID NOT pay him the $100. Well when I left there, the leak somehow fixed itself, which made me a little sad, because I was new to the neighborhood and just looking for a new mechanic I could trust.

I recommend go somewhere else, i paid almost $900 to replace valve gasket and a small bolt which was supposed to be removed from thermostat housing, not only i can see housing was not removed but when i asked owner about it he lied and said he did remove it, i asked his employee and he confirmed that he did not have to remove thermostat housing, yet i was charged as if they did, thinking about reporting to B.A.R. for work not completely done as promised.

I took my car to Raul because of a knocking noise on the suspension. When I got there I explained the noise. He did not drive the car to see what the noise was, instead he said "you need to replace this part" so I paid. Then when I left the noise still continued. I went back the next day to tell him that the part he replaced was incorrect and the noise was still happening. He said he would look to see where the problem is, so he could fix it, but when I asked him if he would discount the money I previously paid, he said no. I feel that it is only fair to me to apply the money I already spent on a part that did not even fix the problem.

Had a horrible experience with Raul. He’s proven to be inexperienced and incompetent in performing automotive repairs. BEWARE!!! This shop doesn’t have legal authority to run an automotive shop. They are not licensed nor registered with the bureau of automotive repair (BAR) as required by California law. I learned California doesn’t require mechanics to be certified. In a heated debate when asked “are you even certified” Raul responded, “none of your business”. 🤔 I’m pursuing a case in small claims court. He took $700 dollars and my car was worse after he messed with it. I paid $900 elsewhere to get my car running good again. He refuses to give me back a full refund. DDR has only been a business for 9 months. The other reviews past 9 months for this site address are not for the current shop in operation.
