On the 30th of September , I visited Audi McKenna. Initially, I wasn’t planning to buy a car, but I decided to go in to see and test drive the cars. I ended up choosing the Audi Q6 e-tron. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could make a deal. Danny, the manager was very friendly and made me feel like a good friend. Grayson, the salesperson, was also very nice. All the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. I was able to get a good deal on the car. Danny made this deal happen for me. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car. They are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your time and patience with the process.

Huge shoutout to my Audi service advisor, Juan. Dude is super attentive and always keeps me in the loop. I never have to guess what’s going on with my car — he explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. He’s easy to talk to, honest, and really makes the whole service process stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just getting the job done. If you go to McKenna Audi, ask for Juan. He’s seriously one of the best.

One star for communication skills. One star for customer care. One star for wasting customer’s time. Five stars for showing how not to run a business/dealership. My recent experience with this dealership was deeply disappointing, primarily due to my interactions with the GM (Dalius Karuna). He came across as selfish and indifferent, reflecting poor leadership and an utter lack of customer focus. This lack of professionalism is undoubtedly costing the dealership both customers and revenue—especially in today’s slower market. What stood out most was the GM’s astonishing ability to alienate serious buyers, particularly cash buyers, while failing to sell the high-end vehicles the dealership prides itself on. If there’s one thing he excels at, it’s driving business away. Four years ago, I had a wonderful experience at McKenna BMW, which is why I made the long trip, expecting a similar level of service. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short of expectations. A word of advice to Danny McKenna: Your Audi dealership deserves a GM who represents your brand with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s time to reconsider who’s leading this team.

My Service Advisor, Jorge was very nice and informative. He took more than enough time to explain the procedures that were performed on my vehicle. He was very patient and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I have been to several Audi dealerships in the past 6 months and he is by far the best. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at McKenna. About two months ago, I purchased a pre-owned Q3, and next week I’ll be taking it into the service center for the fourth time. Before buying the car, I asked the salesperson, Jonas, whether it was certified. He said no, explaining that they don’t certify cars because it costs money. At this point, I can’t help but feel that the lack of certification may have been related to issues they were already aware of. One of the major problems has been a sunroof leak. I called Jonas about it and never received a call back. I also reached out to the owner who claims customers can call or text him directly with any issues and after texting him for help, I never received a follow-up either. The whole experience has felt off from the beginning. I will not be buying a car here again. Audi Santa Monica has been a much better experience for me, with customer service and service advisors who genuinely care and don’t disappear after the sale. Buyer beware.

McKenna Audi gave us one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional dealership experiences we’ve ever had. What makes it worse is that it started off great — the test drive was smooth, the vehicle walk-through was thorough, and everything initially felt professional and welcoming. The moment we sat down at the desk and the numbers came out, the entire attitude shifted. Both sales and finance staff became rude, condescending, and dismissive. We were spoken to as if we didn’t belong there, with comments implying we “don’t know what luxury is” and have never been in a luxury store before. To top it off, they actually used Ferrari as an example to explain “how luxury works” — which was not only arrogant but completely irrelevant considering we were shopping for an Audi. It felt less like a sales conversation and more like being talked down to by people trying to feel superior. They completely ignored what we clearly stated we did not want and instead tried to pressure us into buying something we were 100% not interested in, claiming it would “get our foot in the door for the future.” There was no effort to listen, no flexibility, and no respect. When we refused to be pushed into a deal we didn’t want, they made zero attempt to work with us, correct their behavior, or keep our business. Letting us walk out without hesitation said everything about how they value customers. If this is McKenna Audi’s idea of luxury, it’s embarrassing. Luxury isn’t talking down to people — it’s knowing how to treat them. McKenna Audi clearly doesn’t. HORRIBLE
