Service is meh. People behind counter could barely be bothered to care. It took 10 minutes to buy 2 things off the shelf, with 1 person ahead of me and 3 behind the counter.

Happy I stopped by this store for a new battery. I did not know it was going to be a hassle to replace it but thanks to donald who was the assistant manager was there to help me. He literally went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect. Im super appreciative of this cause ive never seen any auto retailer do this. Also want to thank oskar who came aswell to help and gave me important information on my ford edge. I feel comfortable going to both of them for any questions i may have. Thanks guys.

Great service and well stocked. I come here because they usually have what I need, their staff is friendly, and they can turn brake drums and rotors. The machine at the other oreillys in Norwalk is always broken when I've called.

Needs better customer service. I asked for someone to help install my windshield wipers.....there's an advert on the debit machine that says they will do this, but when I asked I was told no one was available even though I was literally the only customer in the store. Must be family and friends leaving the reviews, not sure how they have the rating that they do. I should've gone back to Autozone where they installed my wipers before, even installed the battery for me in the parking lot so I wouldn't have to pay a core charge.

I was in here for brakes and rotors $222.00 that was not okay but my wife is going on a long trip tomorrow so it has to be done. Luckily they didn't have the rotors in stock. At Autozone I got the brakes, rotors, brake fluid, brake cleaner and paper towel for $189.00. Granted Amazon the brakes and rotors are $122.00 but the wife needs her brakes. So No'Reillys ever again

The manager there must be new, I don't remember seeing her she was very short with me and not comprehensive about my inquiry about the headlights. I left the store fustrated I went to AutoZone and what a big difference in a customer service they were able to help me with my question in detail we're not being short put the answers. So retail units have to remember that product is very similar from store to store but people meaning customer service makes the difference in many instances.

I would really like to give a shout out to O'Reilly's great employees. My daughter called me her car wouldn't start she had to call AAA to jump start the car. They informed her that her battery needs to be changed. So she came home pick me up and we went to O'Reilly's for me battery. The young man there was very polite very helpful he actually helped us install the battery. I have never received such good good customer service. My daughter also was so happy that we found a very kind young man to help us. cuz she needed to go to work the next day. If he would not have helped us install the battery she would have had to call out of work. Thank you so much.

Price Match is not real. Lady told me they would only price match brick and mortar locations for the specific part I asked for. I came back later after having found the part $28 cheaper at Clark’s Discount Auto Parts in Bellflower. A real brick and mortar location. They refused to price match on the exact same part. I was told “we don’t price match Clark’s.” What a load of dishonest bs.

I bought one of their super start Extreme battery with a three-year warranty about ten months later my truck kept going into deep sleep mode despite recharging the battery, I brought it in and it tested good but showed it needed a charge, I told them I had already done so. they offered to swap it out with a new battery and extended the warranty. hopefully, this one lasts longer. but I am happy with their service.

One of the best Auto Parts Store I've been too which is not many. I returned a tool rental and inquired about a part that is hard to find and needed asap. Ricardo at the desk not only check for availability but even gave me a copy of the part number and referred possible stores where I can get it. How cool is that... You can tell by the staff working in the front line how well is the customer service. Like anything...people doing the extra mile for the good makes all the difference. Brings good karma. Ricardo is cool.
