I took my car here for a diagnostic test about 3 weeks ago.I was very dissatisfied with the price of the testing and the results of the testing. Junior could have provided better customer service.$98.00 is high for testing.

BEWARE OF THIS SHADY MECHANIC SHOP OKIMOTO'S AUTOMOTIVE..THE OWNER TRIED OVER PRICIE ME FOR AIR CONDITIONER PARTS..HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME $600 DOLLARS FOR A AIR COMPRESSOR..AND HAVE ME BUY PARTS I DIDN'T NEED JUST TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME... THE JOB IN TOTAL WOULD COST ME $1565 INCLUDING PARTS AND LABOR..I SAID NEVERMIND AND TOOK MY CAR TO A NEAR BY SHOP AND PAID $346 FOR THE WHOLE JOB NOW MY AC WORKS GREAT..... ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION..THIS TYPE OF MECHANIC SHOPS WILL ROB YOU... GOODLUCK

Very honest and gets the job done as quickly as possible and if he can't he fix it he'll advise you of what should be done. The mechanic that worked on my truck took the extra time to fix something that I didn't know about for no extra charge

The guys that work there must assume that because I am a girl I wouldn't know anything about cars. You really think I'm going to pay 500 to get breaks done. I think not. Went somewhere else and only got charged 125. Definitely will not be returning.

I have an Acura MDX that Ive had for years that was in need of some servicing and as usual the guys @ Okimots worked there magic. This time is was my power steering pump they took care of that and we were back on the road in no time! If your in the market for a great mechanic look no further! I am very upset & bothered! This place is ridiculous with their pricing & the work they provide! did a horrible job with my brakes. Took it back because i hear a loud grinding & starting to squeak. Was told i had warranty, all of sudden i don't have warranty & to make matters worse! he adds that i need more parts. Are you kidding me!? According to them they replaced ALL NEW front/back brake pads & rotors. If that was the case it would not make those noises so soon, especially if i only drive in my city. WARRANTY shot not expire that quick! I paid well over $500 & now they're trying to charge me nearly the same price to repair! RIDICULOUS! HOW DARE YOU! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!
