I was a first time customer tonight with getting an oil change at the 12225 Imperial Ave location in Norwalk , they were kind enough to wait until 30min before closing and still accept me. Hands down some of the most comprehensive customer service pleasantly educated one of the staff member and let's just say they gave mo much more then I was able to give them and took notice of that for that and for that reason I left with what I really needed but couldn't afford. Superb location at 12225 Imperial Hwy. In Norwalk .

Great service and friendly staff! The oil change was quick, professional, and fairly priced. They explained everything clearly and even checked other fluids and tire pressure at no extra cost. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to friends and family.

Inside dually, valve extension came loose. I needed some advice about replacing it. The store refused to even look at it. Said they don't work on a ford van Dually. They refused to work on it after I told them the tires were not purchased here. very disappointed

I went in for some air for my tires. Matthew ended up checking my tires for a leak. He was able to find a nail and slow leak in my tire. He asked if I wanted it repaired. No charge. Great service will definitely recommend. I’ll be back for replacement tires.

This place does an amazing job. So far I have taken two cars here and they were able to fix my issues quickly and effectively. Their staff are really nice and they are really good about taking you without even having an appointment if you are willing to wait a few hours. I even had an issue I thought I had with the TPSM sensor and they charged me no cost for the fix since they were able to find out it was just a PSI issue for the computer. Overall they have been awesome and I would suggest them if you want a very chill and easy experience.

I thought they were just going to examine the tire, but no they repaired it for free. I thank the manager and tipped the gentleman that actually fix my flat great customer service. We had a 5pm appointment today. My husband arrived at 4:50pm and when checking in was told there’s no way they could do the appointment today. While I understand things happen, no phone calls were made prior to let us know our appointment would be cancelled. As far as customer service and organization go- they get a one star. Unfortunately I do not intend on coming back so I cannot review on any of the work they do on the cars.

They are the best! Got my tires looked at, bought a new tire for a great price and my trunk was a mess (soccer) so I told them to leave the spare inside the car but without hesitation they put my spare in my trunk! Very nice and honest people! Definitely recommend!

Mathew is an amazing and knowledgeable guy! All I had was a simple tire repair, but they were thorough and kind. I also have aftermarket wheels and an air system and was a little worried. But it wasn’t an issue at all. I definitely will bring my car back here. They earned my business.
