Highly recommend any hybrid owner to come to this shop. I got there at 8:00 they took my car in at 8:15 by 9:30 the car was ready to go. I had your place at EGR valve oil change and a spacer placed for the catalytic. The price was very reasonable and the staff is very knowledgeable

The hybrid battery that was installed was not functioning properly. Since the beginning the vehicle would discharge and did not understand why, then vehicle would not start and had to call AAA twice to get towed back home. Finally took vehicle back after four months to see if the battery was the issue. It stayed in the shop for twenty-one days with no resolution. They stated the battery had no problem but reimbursed me a partial payment for the battery. The reimbursement did not make since at all since they stated the problem was not the battery. The vehicle was full of overspray.

Good price coolant leak - I did my headgasket replacement and radiator. After a week the oil leaked below and I never have issue with that before. Went back and they fix it for free. But now after 3-4 months it is burning oil. Not sure if they switched my engine. Now every 900 miles I have to put oil. I have never had that issue.

The team was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest the girl at the desk i think her name is Taña very positive attitude . Took my Prius C in to the Fullerton location due to overheating after finding them on FB Marketplace. Turned out to be a bad engine rather than just the head gasket. The price they quoted for a replacement engine was very reasonable, less than I expected. The service took shorter time than I expected and the car ran great when I got it back. I couldn't get the hood open though. I took it back and Hacien (don't know if I spelled that right) was able to open the hood and fix the latch right away. We noticed the coolant low. He looked further and found a coolant hose that was not fully seated causing a very small leak. He fixed both items in a few minutes. Nicole at the front desk was awesome! She was very pleasant and explained everything that was going on during the whole process. I highly recommend Hybrid World at Fullerton!
