my car wouldn't start this morning my daughter's friend took my van to see if they could check the battery they told him my battery was bad it turns out my alternator was bad good thing I didn't buy the battery the only reason I didn't buy the battery was because when I called O`Reilly the person on the phone said they couldn't swap the batteries so I went to another auto part where they told me the battery was fine

If you hire new people make sure you train them properly, I ask a person something, she was stuck in something and first gimme attitude maybe because I ask a question and she just toll me the instructions are inside the box, so I went to a second person and she was more helpful, she wasn't sure and was polite to say I want to ask first and let you know about I was buying, she take the time and look for answers for me not like the first employee.

I gave them 5 stars because the manager at O'Reilly had confidence that his brand for the camshaft sensor would work. I was hesitant and what do you know it fixed my car start up issue!!! I was frustrated from wasting so much money and time buying parts from autozone. The "Camshaft Sensor" wasn't compatible for whatever reason.Just shows you how good quality their parts are. #AutoZone Sucks Thank you O'Reilly

If I could give this store zero stars i would ! Terrible customer service my husband went in to buy a battery and the guy did not try to install it even though it is free ! He lied to him and told him he was alone but yet there was another employee there with him. My husband asked him what about that guy and Frank because that is his name negatively responded if he wanted to complain to call coorperate to give them more hours ?! Worse experience ever!!!!!!

In hard times like these every bit helps. Thanks again**Had a battery fail, went in thinking it was going to be a pain to handle but the process was easy and fast. The manager knows how to operate and got things done and made my week with this battery. Awesome customer service

Osbaldo one of the enployees there was probably the rudest people I’ve dealt with the whole interaction was very tense and it felt like I was being talked down to. Got what I needed done but it felt like I was just being stared down no disrespect to oreilys but he needs to be talked to

I am so disgusted and upset the owner older gentleman was sooo dam racist. We needed a jumpstart for my motorcycle he claimed he didn't have one I asked him if I could purchase one and return he continued to say he couldn't sell me one it was against the store policy. I was so upset and he say you need to calm down I don't want any trouble with your kind of people!🤬

I am only giving a review of the service I did not get from the employee sitting at the cashier/counter. I asked where I can find a certain item and which one he recommends for me to use. All he said it's in aisle so in so (Can't remember)On the right side. So instead of him getting up to help me he just sat there and didn't move a muscle. I always go to O'Reilly because my son use to work at the buena park locations for many years. I live in Artesia so I would go to my local stores her in cerritos or norwalk. I still call my son ask him for help. He sends me a picture of what I need and tells me to ask anyone at the store and they would be happy to help you out. Of course, they always are very helpful. Now. Don't get me wrong. I totally understand if it was busy. I would go look for item myself and if I can't find it then I would patiently wait for help. However, I was the only person in there at the time. The employee didn't move. I don't even think he cared. But oh well. This was the first time, I recieved horrible service. The day I was there was on 3/18/25 @12:39 pm employee Osbaldo. I will not be going there again. My son was so disappointed when I told him that happened.

Just something to improve their service: They only deliver to commercial business accounts. They should also consider roadside service for a fee. I'm stuck here in need of engine oil but they don't deliver.

This is a really unprofessional and inconsistent auto parts store. I've had experienced Terrible customer service in the past and I keep coming back to give them more chances and I am no longer doing business here. The employeess are very lazy and always supply minimal effort, I was waiting in line and I overheard two employees gossiping negatively about another employee which is very unprofessional and demoralizing. Subhuman culture is not to be tolerated and should frowned upon. They have bad attitudes and seem like they don't like money or customers, I hold my composure because I like to stay out of trouble. If they don't like retail they should switch fields because they are not shining examples. I have customer service experience and working in a small location is the least of their problems.
