i was very disappointed with customer service. i called to get an estimate and was told to bring my sprinter in to take a look and get an estimate so i did and i drove all the way from Anaheim just to be told we are sorry but we are to busy to take in your car. i wish they would of told me that before they made me drive in traffic all the way to their shop after they told me to come in and was turn away as soon as a got to their shop.

I'm happy to let you know about my experience. Above all, it would be a good news for all who are looking for a nice auto body shop. I got a hit-and-run accident and of course it was horrible and terrible for me, because my vehicle was brand new car (2017 New model, Honda), only 2-month-old baby. I had to look for a nice auto body shop. I searched google and got this. The reason why I chosen it was because it had real person's name on the review. Sounds like it was true and my experience told you, 'Yes, it was true!'. Mr. Goffredo was so sincere and honesty man. He deserves many thanks and praise. Since we, customers, are hunger for that kind of faithful and honesty man in this field (car service center), I truly recommend you would know it. My car got a collision unfortunately, so I was really worried about its further damages ; the visible broken parts could be replaced and repaired easily (any shop can do) however the under car damage or alignment matter were cared rarely or ignored easily. That's the difference between others and Mr. Goffredo. He did all detail works for me, and he even brought my vehicle to Honda for manufactural inspection since it is new car. Who could do like this!.. It was kind of double check up. And of course, it took many times and efforts. But he said he did this willingly since no one was perfect and this is life time guarantee. I was absolutely satisfied with his service and happily share the story. If you would like to need the best care of your car, and you don't know what to do because you don't much know about car, and especially you think your car is worthful, You'd better talk to Mr. Goffredo. I didn't say he could meet all your favors. But, I'm saying he will do his best, at least he won't be dishonesty; he only say Yes for what he can do. So you don't need worry about the results. And I know his business will thrive more and more. Thank you!

Took my son's 2018 Ford Fusion to get repaired after it was rear-ended. There was a lot of damage. Got the car back yesterday and it looks like it just came out of the dealer. I got rear ended and found KeyWest online. From the first call to the shop I felt the warm and friendly treatment. Starting with the friendly and professional receptionist (sorry I didnt get your neme) to Joey who I dealt with. He handled everything great. I was going out of town and he was very accommodating and responded to my every call. He also answered the other party's questions and they were not even getting their car fixed there. My car looked terrible after my car accident, unfortunately I was unable to get it fixed right away. I’m sure my insurance wasn’t happy with the delay of the repairs. Goffredo and Joey took on the task of dealing with my insurance company and getting my car beautiful again. I can’t believe the awesome work they did on it! It looked like I just rolled out of the dealership! Everything looks great! I can now cruise around with a smile on my face and no embarrassment! AMAZING service!! The owner Geffredo was absolutely the best. He went above and beyond-even allowed me to use his desk to grade papers as I was waiting. I had a bumper/under carriage issue on my car that he and his team fixed beautifully! When it was all over (30 min or less), he didn't charge me. That's right, it was absolutely free! One star for the receptionist. She was accommodating and friendly. I called for an estimate, showed up within minutes to the location. Filled out a short information form and then the guy who walked with me to see the vehicle and give me an estimate definitely didn’t want to work with me. Seems like the same story just like all body and paint shops around. Only want to work with insurance claims. Just like the previous body shop I visited, they said it was a $7000 job minimum. Then I was recommended a cheap national paint shop which already had gone too. Just calling and driving around to get an in person estimate and I’m the end waste my time. Go elsewhere if you’re looking for personal work. Looks like they only work with fleet vehicles as I saw multiple Amazon delivery trucks.

It took one phone call and they got me a rental within the same time for a great price! They were super polite and very good at communicating. Let's get one thing straight. These guys will leave your car looking like you just picked it up from the dealer but make no mistake. Just because the cosmetics are good doesn't mean the mechanics are. I left my car for almost 3 months and I got it back immaculate, but the ordeal was far from over. I came to realize that most of the body work was after market cheap parts and some were odm. I got my car back with mechanical issues with my muffler and on my right side passenger. My lights were unlined and brackets on my front bumper don't even click together. I also noticed a huge scratch on my left back passenger door as well but I didn't even bother to bring it up because they seem very eager to get you in the door but couldn't really care less when you leave. They don't explain what went into your car or what they fixed. I also got fed up waiting almost 3 months for my car so I called and they couldn't be more sassy about their response. I feel like they're just looking out for their company instead of the customer. I honestly would check out other places before I go here again.

Highly recommend Keywest Auto. Marco got me two quotes and arranged for my car to get towed to their center within a few hours of my collision. The quotes included details on part numbers, suppliers, part costs and labor costs. This made it easy for me understand the work that would be done on my car. Marco and Jennifer responded to all my questions quickly and professionally. My car was repaired earlier than quoted, even over Thanksgiving holiday. Keywest Auto in Norwalk provides a excellent customer service. The Google GPS sent me to the back of the business, but I was able to get my car inspection and estimate the same day. My car will be ready in a week. I will put some pictures after the job gets done.

If you want a job done right. Dont come here. They had my vehicle for 2 months. To give it back like this. They said i could take it back, but do I want my car to be there for another 2 months? This shouldnt be approved by quality control in the first place.

I do not recommend Key West Auto Truck & Collision in Norwalk. Initially, I was told my vehicle would be completed within a week. It ended up taking significantly longer, and no one proactively communicated the delay. I had to follow up myself instead of being kept informed. When I picked up the vehicle, I immediately noticed they had only repaired the bare minimum from the accident. There were visible scratches on the rim and additional scratches along the damaged side that were clearly related to the impact, yet none of that was addressed or even discussed. On my drive home, the car sounded much louder than usual. At first, I thought it might just be in my head — but when I got home and opened the hood, I discovered my entire intake system had been removed and left in the trunk. I had to reinstall it myself. That is completely unacceptable and could have caused serious engine issues. On top of that, the engine bay was filthy — dust everywhere and even what looked like cat paw prints. That does not reflect professional workmanship or care. There were no budget restrictions or insurance limitations that would justify cutting corners. It felt like they did the minimum possible, collected payment, and rushed the vehicle out the door. Poor communication, incomplete repairs, and careless workmanship. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality collision repair.
