Debs does fast work for a great price. If you make an appointment, they almost always start work on your car that day! They always look for the root of the problem before they replace anything. They always communicate clearly and professionally. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. I just wish they had more bays!

This review is a long time coming....at the risk of making this service station even busier than they already are, I have to say, this is the best mechanic I've ever been to. When I lived in Massachusetts, I used to drive 80 miles round trip just to bring my car here, because they're the only service station that I know of who 1) doesn't treat women like we're infants with mild brain damage 2) are ethical & professional 3) reasonably priced 4) just plain nice people. The owner/operator (Ken) is a super stand-up guy and has the patience of a saint. I now live in Florida, but I send my family members here because I know they won't be ripped off or over-sold repairs that they don't need. When I come back to MA to visit, I take the time to take my niece's VW Jetta here for servicing. In a world of shady and unethical mechanics, I am so thankful to have found a couple of guys (Ken and his brother) that I can really trust to do a great job on my car at a reasonable cost. These Guys Ken & Jay are the Real Deal! 2 Brothers working in the family business trying to make an honest living by being fair and honest with everyone. I went to them for the 1st time as I had an emergency with my car and I needed a quick solution. They took me right in, diagnosed the trouble in the engine, told me what to expect and an hour and a half later , new parts installed and the job is done problem solved. Best yet reasonable and fair pricing. They could have charged me probably lots more but they treated me with respect and honesty and didn’t take advantage of my situation.
