I was going to use this business. I stopped in and got a windshield wiper replacement, but I was too tired yesterday to wait on having emissions done for renewal. I asked if they were going to be open today, and was told yes. They weren't. I just went by there, same time as yesterday, and the open sign was lit, but no one was home, and the door was locked. I guess they have all the business they need, and feel they don't need mine.

I came here to get my emissions check done. The process was very quick and painless. I asked the technician a lot of questions about the process and she was more than happy to explain it to me. She was very courteous and professional. Total time spent there was ten minutes.

10 minutes and I was done! I'm not kidding. However I didn't rate this business just because of the fast service I rated it a 5 star because from the moment I called inquiring about their hours to the time I drove away service couldn't have been better and more personal. One vehicle went through with flying colors and the second vehicle had a couple of issues. Even so they professionally helped us identify the issue and suggested a couple of locations we could go to correct the problem. What was also nice is they remembered me the following week when I came back for a retest. Utah hospitality at its finest.

Went to get an oil change & nobody was there. Sign on door said open 8-6. I believe & all doors locked, no sign indicating they would be back or anything. I was going to use a coupon from groupon & was not able to. I called their number & no answer or was I able to leave a message & they had no message about hours or closure. I should have known since I had gone back in June & was there by 8:30 & the person was late & arrived as I was leaving. Very frustrating that my coupon was already paid for. I will never go back.

They have always been good to go to, however they seem to be either losing staff or they are on lunch when trying to just get emissions done. Finally took my car after trying 3 different days, to another place to get it done. Losing stars from me and I don't want to give them 3 stars yet, but I am sitting at 3.6 stars with them right now which is boarder line for my services.

The compact nature of this business works well to their speedy and helpful service. While offering a more competitively priced emissions test than many nearby competitors they also finished the service much faster than most other shops would take to just pull the car in. The waiting room has a strange, pungent smell. Waited 5 minutes, and no one came to the front desk. Maybe if the smell was not so terrible, I would’ve waited longer. Ended up going across the street.

I have been to this location 3 times. The first 2 the service was fast and there were no problems. The third time I waited over an hour and the tech failed my truck because a vacuum line had come loose and needed to be attached. I he showed me the line (that looked like it was probably knocked loose by him) and I reattached it. He said I would have to bring it back or wait in line again. I am giving 2 stars for my first 2 visits and 0 for my last visit, and I mean my last time doing business with a business that doesn't value their customers.

They were really fast, I got my car emissions and got the oil changed in about a half hour. The two gentleman were very nice too. My only problem was the condition of the lobby. It was absolutely disgusting. Nothing in that room appears to have been at least swept, no way mopped or sanitized. There was a tissue in the floor that appeared to have blood, or some red substance on it. And don't get me started on the bathroom, which I did NOT use, but looked.

I've used this place for the last three years and it was always great, friendly and quick. This year with new staff the experience is much different I've been there on 3 separate occasions during business hours and the sign says open but the door is locked and no one is inside. Once there were also 3 other customers waiting for someone to get there. The one time someone was there the printer was down so they couldn't do emissions. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. Not sure if there is a new owner or just new employees but not a very professional way of conducting business. Going elsewhere so i don't waste anymore time

I recently had them perform an emissions test on my truck. This was the third year I'd taken it there and I'm always very impressed by the their excellent service! I got there about 15 minutes before closing time and even though they were working on another car when I arrived, they still fit me in. Jacob showed that he really cares about the customers. I left not only feeling happy about the fast service but the friendliness and honesty that Jacob showed!

Nice guy works quickly. And you can process your registration at the same time. that's a big bonus you won't be disappointed you stopped. But be aware that the open sign is broken, and the roll-up doors are always shut, so it always looks closed. Just stop in he's there working hard.
