The company I work for uses them as their only people to get work done on there truck they r fast friendly and repairs can even be done at their shop if need be have to put a new engine in my dads pickup truck and I will more than likely be going there to get the work done

I have been using Kirk mobile for almost 20 years now. They have always diagnosed, and fixed the problem the first time. You can go elsewhere and have them try to fix it multiple times or just go to kirks mobile and get it done right the first time. Will continue to use them in the future. Can't recommend them enough!!!

Truck 28. I was at a gas pump and came out to discover the driver parked directly in front of me. No problem. As we back up he proceeds to get so close to my bumper that I have to keep backing up further and he makes hand motions waving me to move. What’s the rush? Why are your drivers so rude?

I would give this company 0 stars if that was an option. I could start with all of the issues from the $1,000 road call. To make a long story short, these money hungry individuals told me I needed a DEF pump that is on national backorder. They could not find a DEF pump, but I did. Kirks Mobile Repair wanted UPCHARGE me for the part that I found and bought. Then hours after i purchased the part had the audacity to tell me I must pay for everything in full, even the parts that they might or might not use and it can. i did not have to pay for my road call in full payment so why make me pay for everything in full before you work on the truck on the second day?????? STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

This company takes complete advantage of their customers. They try to lock you in with there authorization form and then hit you with a completely outrageous bill after you sign the authorization form. Just paid almost $1100 for a simple air bag. Kirk tried to tell me that the air bag was almost $400 when in reality its a $100 air bag. 400% parts mark up when using Kirks rip off repair! I have owned this truck for 15 years. I have replaced air bags on this unit before and never paid $400! Tried to explain to Kirk that this was not right and he didn't care to listen. Just keep stating that he had his authorization form signed. I would highly suggest staying away from kirks moblie rip off repair unless you can take a loan out to pay the bill! Its sad when people take advantage of certain situations like kirk did here. I paid with a credit card which kirk tried to refuse to take because i told him I was going to dispute the charge. Now kirk and I get to spend useless time disputing his outrageous price through the credit card process. Thanks for the service KIRK!!! Hope people are smart enough to stay away from you!

Historically they have been really good to me. However as of 12/23/24 I have been trying for a week to make an apointment for service and after leaving multiple voice-mail and calling multiple times a day I can't even get anybody on the phone. They aren't worth the 1 star if I can't get ahold of anybody

They did fix my truck. My complaint is that they have overcharged me. They charged me too many hours, they left me without a truck for weeks without any communication. I took my own parts in to another company to get fixed (because they were taking too long) and I paid for the repairs myself and it seems like they charged me for that as well. 22 hours for 24$ an hour is no where near over $4,000.00.... I know good reviews can come from employees and family....

RS instead of shutting (bypassing) one damaged fuel tank, shut all the fuel system. Charged us for it. We ended up getting another RS. Charged full price as well
