The last two times I have been in for service, I have not been impressed! I took my vehicle in for an oil change. That morning, there was a clicking sound in the car. I told them at check in for my service and they told me I would have to make a separate appointment (they would NOT schedule it while I was there, but told me I had to call in to schedule). I called from outside the building and made another appointment to address the clicking. I took my vehicle back for the second appointment, and the guy who checked me in was really nice. We did a walk around of the vehicle, and he told me they would top off the coolant, wiper fluid, and others while in service that day. He told me he put down 2:00 as the finish time. As of 3:00, I had not heard anything. I called, and they couldn't find my tech or any info on the status of my vehicle. At 4:00,I still hadn't heard anything, so I got a co-worker to take me to the store to check on my vehicle. Upon arrival, the tech told me he called me twice, but it went right to voice-mail both times, but he did not leave a message. They could not find the noise, and they did not top off any fluids. I am very disappointed. There's a reason why I purchased my previous Hyundai in Salt Lake and would drive out of my way to have it serviced in Salt Lake as well.

Carly is fabulous! We had a ridiculous few conversations with dropped calls and poor reception. My MIL light came on and my Santa Fe was in limp mode. I called to see if I could get in to have the code cleared and get home to Sunny Southern Utah. She gave it her best shot at getting me in but I ended up having my grandson help me clear the code. Should have read the reviews first. $185 for a diagnostic. I knew the trunk latch wouldn't open. I even got the back seat open for them, but they still forced the trunk open and told me after the part would be over $600 with parts & labor. When I said I couldn't afford that they gave me my car and told me to go to harbor freight for a bungee cord cause the trunk wouldn't close now.

I took my car in for a warranty repair. I got the clock spring and some issue with the breaking system fix. I thought it would be no cost but they said the break switch needed to be replace. I said no problem I can pick one up for 10 bucks and fix it myself. Nope too late since they found the problem they charged me $175 for the diagnostics. All I wanted was the warranty repair. Anyway over $300 out the door.

Took my car there for a free recall. The recall was to fix an ABS leak. They supposedly fixed the leak, but called me to tell me their fix did not make the ABS check light go away and wanted me to pay $140 for them just to look at it. None of that money would go toward fixing the claimed issue. I said no, went home and popped the hood. I immediately saw the issue. The brake fluid was empty. I filled it up and the light turned off. If they fixed the leak, maybe they should have thought about refilling the fluid before asking me to pay $140 for their valuable insight.

This is the second time I have brought my car in for a recall repair. The first time they did not have the part needed to do the repair (which I thought was odd considering the appointment had been made for a week and half and no one reached out). The lady that helped me Tiffany, said someone would call when the part was in. After receiving no call, Two weeks later I called and spoke to Mandy, who said the part was in and the parts department said they would hold it for me if I could bring it in Monday. I had arranged a late pick up with Mandy because I work until 6 and the service department would be closed then. I was told I could pick up with the receptionist till 8pm. I dropped my car off this morning at 7:45 and signed paperwork that said I would be picking up late with receptionist. I arrived to the dealership at 6:10ish and they had no idea where my keys were. They checked several different receptionist desks and the service desk and I was told “they did not see any keys attached to a paper” Super disappointing service. I am here with out my car and house keys with no way to work in the morning or back to the dealership to hopefully get my car back.

**update - service advisor offered to look into a discount on parts / labor and provide a response same day. Text “ I will let you know by today thats my promise, i empathize for you guys in this situation i will do everything in my power to try and get yall taken care of.”No response came. Finally responded 2 days later and said nothing could be offered. Currently waiting on repair and will update again once complete. Believe the bad reviews. The service department here is terrible. Cameron is our service advisor and when we took our sonata in we thought he was knowledgeable and was going to help us. Our vehicle has a burned valve. It has a recall on the faulty engine design but lucky us our issue isn’t related to the lifetime engine warranty. I have called and texted and got one reply that the system was down. I was told I had to call Hyundai corporate myself and open a case. I did. The one reply I got was that he would follow up he hasn’t. So basically our car is sitting at the dealer and we have the option to pay $5000 to fix it or kick rocks and pay the diagnostic. I will NEVER buy a car from young or a Hyundai KIA again. Horrible service department. Absolutely no help.

The service person is very dismissive. I have had to deal with other dealers and this location by far ONLY the service person is rude and dismissive with our concerns. Other departments have treated us with respect and care about our concerns.

4 Hours for an oil change and tire rotation! Terrible. We had 10:30 am appointment to get our oil change and tires rotated. When we arrived they told us it would take 2 hours, which is quite unusual. We waited 2.5 hours and then were told they were just pulling the car in to start the work. Their reason they gave us for the delay was that they are under construction. Here's the problem with that excuse, if they know construction is going to cause delays in their service, they should adjust their scheduling accordingly and NOT ask customers to arrive at 10:30 am and wait for no reason while they do nothing with your car. They didn't wake up this morning surprised that they would be dealing with construction. Construction planning is done months in advance. This is very poor management and horrible customer service.

I brought my car in for service at 10:30am and they told me it would take 2 hours to finish. It was a routine complimentary service (oil change and tire rotation) but I had already driven an hour so I figured I might as well stick around and get it done. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I was informed they were just now getting my car taken into the bay for service and expect it to take another 30 minutes. Almost 3 hours for a routine service check is outrageous. Take your car anywhere else if you value your time.

Bought a Hyundai Tuscon from Hyundai in Riverdale, Utah. Our salesman was patient showing me multiple vehicles, me being confused and not knowing what I wanted per vehicle, I just knew I had to love it. Dropped my 2022 Palisade off on January 21, 2026 for warranty work (oil leak already and cracked radiator @50k miles). I have called multiple times, and been told they would let me know. They never call back. It is February 2, 2026 and I still don't have the vehicle back.

GOT SCAMMED! 😡 Told me the charge for inspecting the problems would be $200 total. When I picked it up they charged me $200 for each problem. I’M FURIOUS! Selling my Hyundai next week. Will never own another one or come to this shop!

Worst experience I have ever had with a service dept. Took my vehicle in for a scheduled oil change, they never gave me any updates on the progress or status of my vehicle. After waiting for 1.5 hours I called and asked them if my vehicle was going to be much longer and they told me "someone from the team will reach out ASAP to give you an update" its a routine oil change a one of THEIR brand new vehicles, shouldn't take that long for one and if it is taking longer than expected then the service team should make an effort to let me know what is going on with my vehicle while I just sit around and wait on them. Had I not called on my vehicle they would've had it much longer because "they got busy." Communication goes a long way and the lack there of is insane.

Needed to get my Hyundai Tuscon doors fixed. I took it in, was told it would be done in 3 hours. I came back 8 hours, after work, for them to tell me that they didn't have the parts to finish it, and they would need to order them. They told me it would take 5 days. They didn't reach out to me for 2 weeks until I reached out, for them to tell me that they had the parts and could start. So I drop it off, come back after work for them to tell me that they found out they needed different parts they didn't have, only that they actually had the part and just found it, which apparently meant they hadn't gotten started on the repair at all. So I dropped it off the next day, only for them to not have finished the repair when I came back at the end of the day. The only redeeming quality to all of this was that this time they gave me a free rental car. So finally, the next day, being the 4th day I have had to stop by their shop now, they had the doors fixed, only for the door handles to be completely scraped up, and the paint below the handles as well. I am never coming here again - worst experience ever.
