Baeto and his team just did a fabulous repair & repaint on my 1994 Firebird Firehawk. Pictures don't do it justice, it is so beautiful once again. My prized jewel is once again as it was back in December of 1993 when I took her home new. Thank you so much for the attention to the small details and the killer paint work!

So they had my truck for what was supposed to be 7 days I go to pick my truck up the work is done so poorly they end up keeping it another two weeks to try again. They got over spray all over the the hole inside of my black leather interior. They actually had to take it to a detail shop to clean it it was so bad. They tried telling me it was dust that they wiped with a wet rag I only had to look at it for a second to realize it was dry paint. Then they redid all the work took them 2 weeks I get the truck back and it is awful put together wrong trim doesn't line up. The truck has been chipped in their shop on the top part of the bed this truck literally has to be taken to another shop for a redo. If there was no stars that's what I would have given them I could go on but I think I've made my point. Okay since I'm being called a liar I will go on. The only before pictures are all the overspray when I tried to pick my truck up the first time. All the pictures of paint are after I picked it up for the final time it's damaged you can see all the chips. And the doors not straight I can hear wind blowing through the crack they took out the factory recall seals out of the door that keep them from freezing open and shut and didn't bother putting them back. Like I said the truck has to go to another shop to be totally redone. All the pictures are time stamped. All the proof is right in front of you. The door panel literally isn't even assembled properly. I can throw up more pictures if you would like.

My experience with fixed auto now has been twice and I have never had a better experience with the company that is thorough and responsibility with making sure that the car is in good working order and looks really nice after making sure that the car runs well. looks good and doesn’t have a problem after Picking up the car. I would recommend fix auto to anybody to be able to have their car completely taken care of.

First off, Danielle and Michelle, were just amazing to work with. I took my Toyota Corolla to get some work done on it after my wife was in an accident with the car. Fix Auto said that it would take 5 to 7 business days to fix. The next day got an update that it would be done by the 21st of January. On the 19th, I was told that I could pick it up on the 20th after 3p. The work they did was amazing, and got me back in my car a day earlier than expected. All around experience was an 11 out of 10. I will definitely come back to them for other, hopefully not another accident.

I was really very impressed by the service and how fast they were able to complete body work on my 4Runner. The entire reason I chose this company was how great the after work was done on other vehicles especially Toyotas. The process was very simple Michelle was very thorough on what was going to be needed for my vehicle the first day I brought it in! Her customer service was very precessional and down to earth the entire team I had the pleasure of speaking to we’re all very awesome! I especially appreciated the updates I received through text message on my vehicles process and completion time! They were even able to help me find and replace another part of my vehicle the last body shop I went through had forgot to replace! The final work looked fantastic couldn’t even tell there was damage to that part of my cute little runner! They were even kind enough to give her a bath and detail the interior! I will definitely be a returning customer if I ever need more work done! I’m really glad I got the opportunity to work with FIX Auto! We were referred to Fix Auto through Autolocity where we purchased a vehicle. We didn’t know what to expect and Beto and Michelle went far and beyond our needs. Nothing less than amazing service! These guys truly went above and beyond when it came to repainting my bumper and hood. The paint work looks perfect. I took it in for two body panels to be painted and I got so much more! They made my carbon fenders fit the car as stock ones should. Without me asking, they straightened those, and buttoned up my falling side skirts. They truly took care of me and my vehicle. I feel like I have a nice car again!
