Poor service and a lot of blemishes on the paint job. These guys aren’t very professional as the advertise. Your better off taking your car to Hamden auto body up the block and wait for your appointment.

I’m a college student from PSU, while I was visiting my mother in CT my car was hit by an oncoming tire and split my front bumper. Sal was able to see my car immediately and was so welcoming and kind. It was refreshing to meet someone who still genuinely cares about people. You can tell that Sal is a family man and loves his community. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10, I will be coming here for all of my car needs!

These guys are awesome. Needed help with something completely unrelated to auto body, and they could’ve told me they couldn’t help me and send me on my way but they didn’t and for that, i have an incredible amount of respect for them. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Dave was beyond fair! He was always up front and tried to give me the best price possible. Because my car was so new, he couldn’t give me a discount on the part itself so he personally gave me a discount! They were so fair and quick! They know what they’re doing here. Brought my car in for a new bumper and a scuffed quarter panel. Dave cuts right to the chase for pricing, no bull. Didn’t have to talk to insurance once after dropping the car off. Work was done relatively quick considering supply chain and labor shortages. Car looks great. Highly recommend.

I had the back bumper painted and replaced at this place. First it had some issues after a few months, but the people there owned it and reordered a new bumper, painted it and reinstalled. Now it is like new! Nicely done. All the follow up is included in the original price I did. It have to pay. I am confident that if you ever have issues they will make sure it is all taken care of.

My car was stolen and essentially totaled. I just had the engine entirely replaced so it was worth saving. Took it over to Del’s due to some word of mouth suggestions and couldn’t be happier. Awesome staff that were more than happy to work with me on pricing since it was coming out of pocket, got the car back to me way sooner than expected and driving better than before. My favorite part was that they called me with updates instead of me having to be the squeaky wheel. 9.9/10 (can’t give a perfect 10, water cooler was empty)

If anyone wants to know about this shop before trying i will tell you my experience. My car was hit i brought it to them to get an estimate they wanted to charge me almost 10,000 for 2007 toyota yaris go be fixed . Not to mention i came back later to get my car was never told about storage , my car is even worst condition . messed up the front of my car . Please dont bring your car here . Now ive been given any option to either pay storage but they will look for the front piece of my car nothing else. wont even take accountable for what has happen to my car
