Went for a test 11/24/21, Guess the tester for emissions does not know what he’s looking for, went for emissions and failed my car, said there was no Catalytic Converter on the car when there was a brand new one on the car. Also all my Readiness monitors were passed as ready, Catalyst ready, so don’t know how the car failed can possibly fail.

Like many customers I came here for a emissions test. The person in front of me and I both waited a while to be finally called in. The tech insisted he knew how to drive a car with a manual transmission however he stalled it leaving and roasted the clutch the rest of the way out of of the garage. The car smells like burnt clutch. The tech then started joking with me saying if he broke the car I came to the right place. Finally his bodily movements left an awful smell in the car and is not appreciated. Definitely not coming back.

Daniel dantonio very nice and quick for your inspection! However receptionist is a lady and she's not a great person to talk to awful gatekeeper who won't let you speak to mechanic. I had few diagnostic code on my paper that I needed to fix when I asked Daniel for price he said to call during week and they will tell me. Well grumpy gatekeeper wouldn't even let me get to that point she said I need to come in with car and pay $150 just to diagnose!!

Employee's are very polite and respectful. Great place to get your emissions inspection before going to the RMV. Obviously, as with any emissions station, you will have to wait in a line to be serviced. To accomodate this they have enough property to allow for a long line without interfering with traffic. Overall would definitely recommend.

Line was a bit long but totally worth it. The inspector looked like he could play a Marvel villan, turned out to be super chill. Didn't take too long and there was an area to have a seat while you wait, everything was explained to us once we had our paper work.

Make sure you bring $20.00 in cash. The sign tells you right at the end. Luckily I did. You will wait in your car in line mid day for about a half hour. The inspection itself takes two minutes. The staff is very nice and it’s quickly uploaded to DMV. Definitely go here!

Technicians are professional and friendly. I've been bringing my cars here for emissions inspection, and they always get me in and out quickly. Sometimes there is a line at this place and you have to wait. One time during the week, it took me almost an hour to have my car inspected cause I had 6 cars in front of me. Another time on a Saturday there was no line and they took me right away. I recommend this place

If you're coming from North Haven/Hamden area is 1.5 miles passed Skiff St on your right side going towards DMV. Pull behind the building and you'll see the entrance. As with all emissions, it cost $20 cash. I showed up and there were 4 cars ahead of me. I was bummed out because I thought it was going to take forever. I was very wrong. Every vehicle was done within a 5 minute window, from opening the bay door, to them driving your car outside for you. Excellent service doesn't even cover the proficiency of which they work. Hands down the best I ever went to, and will for sure be returning to them in the future. I highly recommend everyone in the area to go there if you're pinched for time, and needed to get it done quickly like myself.
