Hands down the BEST source for ANY glass product for car or home. The are the BEST on price, service, scope of variety! I actually brought them a clear puzzle that needed clear support both on back and front and despite never having done it before they created a PERFECT solution that did not take more than 1 week and was VERY reasonably priced, AMAZING!!!!

Failed to honor a clearly stated warranty after my rearview mirror fell out and took a chunk of the windshield with it. The reasoning behind not honoring the warranty was tantamount to saying that they didn't really want to. If you are looking for a place that cares about it's customers, you won't find it here.

I am a victim of the Kia Boys and had my car stolen for the 5th time. From the moment I called Deluxe Glass frustrated and annoyed I felt like I was being treated like family. EVERYONE was kind, empathetic, and fair. Parts were hard to find, hiccups happened during the time and they communicated with me through every step. Not only did the people at Deluxe Glass do a great repair but they created a relationship with me and my family. I would highly recommend them for any glass needs. Once they got here they did a good job I'm not sure I would call them again. I had to wait 2 months to get my windows. The first time they came out they had the wrong ones. They rescheduled, never called never showed up. It took 3 months total. Insurance paid, I had no choice

Called for price quotes all around town, was about to bite the bullet but decided to try one more place and that was Deluxe. They beat all their competitors prices by 150$! When she gave me the quote over the phone, that is to the penny what I paid,no hidden fees or other BS. Glass was installed impeccably in a timely manner. Friendly service, all around top notch! I've used Deluxe in the past and they were amazing. However, recently I tried to use them for a large commercial project I have going. Multiple emails with dates set to do quotes with no shows. I understand everyone is busy, but don't set an appointment or say you are going to be on site and then not communicate otherwise.

We decided to go with them to fix our patio door glass. In order to book with them you need to pay half of the amount, we were told it would get done in 2 weeks, as that was the turn around time for our glass. We called them at a month out of not hearing anything and they told us, “sorry we dropped the ball and got busy.” I didnt appreciate that, as we put half down so it felt as though we werent as important as their other clients! Our glass got put in, and it does look good. They definitely need to do better when it comes to handling business. Our glass came in right at 2 weeks so why we got pushed off is beyond me, and had we not called them who knows if we would have even heard from them.
