Very poor sales department. Would not fill the tank with gas. I worked the salesmanship father years. Told him I would never come back. Tight behinds they were.

Only negative point, took my car in to have my tires changed from summer to winter with the expectation of getting them back in a couple hours, it was the next morning without notification. They were keeping the car overnight. I’ve had work down there twice and give everything but that phone call a five star.

Nick and Logan and the entire service department are incredible and they know how to take good care of Ford trucks and the customers. I had to come back because of a loose skid plate and they promptly resolved the issue at no cost . That is called Excellent customer service.

I could only write one horrible review on one of their review pages on google and then I found a second one to share how poorly this place is ran. Not only have they wasted my personal time several times by lying or not communicating AT ALL with me about being late, taking a little bit longer on an oil change (took 2 hours on a standard F150 and had no excuse), or make appointments to come to a customers house for mobile support and be a no-call, no-show like they did this week. I don’t need to call and ask why and not going to. I just know “It’s the Witham Way!” Just like they advertise. If you like your vehicle and want great service, drive elsewhere. I’ll drive somewhere else for my recall. Rydell Ford of Independence never lets me down.
