This would be a zero star if I could. I took my son’s car in to replace one tire pressure sensor. And after the car was already half way out of the bay I was told they replaced three. They never asked me if I wanted the other two replaced. We will not be going back here. I have called a lawyer and it is not legal to replace parts before asking and getting approval. very disappointed. Normally have had good experiences.

Bought tires and the warranty, had a nail in the sidewall so they replaced it but then charged my wife again for the warranty. Don't get the warranty your better off just buying a new tire if you need one then getting the warranty and if you need a flat or three fixed that don't require a new tire you'll come out ahead.

These guys have been fantastic every time I've been in. My TPMS sensor kept going off and we found out it was a nail, not the colder weather. They were always super fast to get my tires inflated to the correct PSI again and get me on my way before we found the issue. When I did have to schedule for a tire inspection and rotation, they were booked waaaay out (make sense since it was snow tire season), but I was still able to go in as a walk in get things done the same day. As a young woman, I also really appreciate that they don't try to upsell or take advantage of me. Every time I go in and I always feel taken care of regardless of who I've worked with. Kudos to the entire team!

However, the team quickly redeemed the experience. I called first thing Monday morning and secured a same-day appointment. Bought my wheels online on Wednesday and it let me schedule for Saturday. The wheels shipped from Seattle and got here on Friday. Pretty quick! I looked at just about every website for wheels and they were either the cheapest or same price as others. I received several reminders, which was nice. I showed up Saturday morning and as I was getting out of my car an associate came out and met me at my vehicle. NICE! explained the process, told me an hour and I went on my way. It was done in 45 minutes and when I was leaving the other associate explained what comes next. Highly satisfied with Discount Tire. Will use again and recommend. I’ve been a customer at this discount store since 2011, and before that in OKC since the early 2000’s. I purchased two sets of winter tires this year, one for our personal SUV (that my Wife and kids safety relies upon) and a set for my business truck that takes me all across eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana. I am always impressed with the quality and drive of the employees at your stores. From the counter guys to the folks out in the bays slinging rubber, you always impress. I know how much “pre-planning” we do with tire care here in Spokane, and I’m amazed with how well your store takes it in stride and delivers, even if it means rocking out to “Frozen” at 9:30 at night to help Spokane drive safe. Thank you!

Was quoted 30 to 40 minutes wait for a simple tire repair for a screw in tire. It took 2 hours. unacceptably long for a 10 minute. Repair. Good thing there are other tire shops, next purchase won't be at discount tire..

This location is amazing. After going to Preedy's Tire for years as they were the only Tire Rack authorized installer, I had a less than ideal experience and decided to try Discount Tire instead since they now own Tire Rack. For the exact same tire size on the same make and model of car Discount Tire mounted and balanced them for $100 less, let me wait in their large waiting room on Saturday morning and got me and five other people in with no appointment (I had a backup appointment on Monday with their online scheduling tool just in case they couldn't get me in Saturday), and managed to get me in and out in under an hour. In contrast, Preedy's isn't open on weekends, made me drop it off in the morning and pick up the car in the evening without allowing me to wait (due to it being "tire season," as they put it), cost over $100 more, expressed dismay that I bought the tires from Tire Rack instead of through them, and tracked mud onto the driver's side door sill and floor mat (luckily I have Weathertek all-weather floormats, otherwise I would've been quite a bit more upset). Preedy's also decided to send me an unsolicited text message asking how my car is doing, presumably to sell me more services. Discount Tire impressed me with the speed and quality of their service as well as the lower price. I'll come back to this location on the future. I won't be going back to Preedy's Tire and Automotive.

I was very impressed with the manager, Jordan, during my recent visit to the Sprague Ave store. Things didn't go super great or smoothly for a while. They didnt use high pressure tactics, and i didnt feel like i was being sold a product, more like i was being given a courtesy. they replaced all 4 tires and all 3 wiper blades, and i was kept informed and updated as to time to be completed. I highly recommend them, and would use them again, for sure.

They are very friendly and helpful. Just didn't like the attempts to upsell me wiper blades and pushed for another tire which I needed but am on a fixed income and couldn't do it right then, just don't appreciate the pressure when I know what I need and what I can afford. And after calling three times to confirm prices was then hit with a surprise $54 for a wheel but they did end up covering the cost as it was clear I wasn't aware I needed a wheel as well and thought I was quoted the correct price in the first place. Overall good experience. Just wish they'd stop the up selling stuff and be more clear on pricing when it really matters!

One of the managers Emiliano called me not 5 minutes after placing an order online that was supposed to be an appointment later in the afternoon. He told me that if I was nearby that their shop could have me in and out in less than 30 mins if I was able to pop in. Now THAT’S what I call great service! These guys are faster than Jimmy John’s! Thanks for turning what was a shitty day for me into an easy fix.
