As a young women who is learning to do things on her own, my experience here was exceptional. I was met with Chris who has 5 star customer service. He checked out the tires I had on my car, explained the condition of them, and then educated me on the wear and tear and age of tires and how they can affect my daily driving and whether or not I am being safe on the road not only for myself, but for others. I purchased my tires online and set my appointment at 3PM. I arrived a little early, around 2:40PM. They began working on my tires and I was out at 3:38PM. Everyone was friendly, water was offered, the restroom was clean, and the service was fast. I highly recommend this location!

They told my college student he couldn’t drive on his tire (purchased from another tire place at home2 months prior) and too dangerous to even air up…. He called and we discovered the place we got tires from had a store in Lubbock which they lied to him about. They did him a “favor” and put on a spare, When we found out he went back to get tire to exchange at correct place and they didn’t have it- which I’m sure they turned in for the warranty

I had a bad valve stem on one of my wheels and called and was connected with Jeremy who picked up the phone quick and was extremely polite. I showed up and Spencer helped me out and looked over my valve stem with me, verifying my statement. He was very professional and dedicated to his work. Other employees changed my valves stem in just a few minutes with a few other cars in the bays as well, and I was told I didn't owe them anything for the labor or part. Incredible and quick service, all employees were polite and friendly, and it was a pleasant experience. This location will definitely be seeing my return patronage.

Pit Crew Style!!! We were traveling from Texas to Colorado, pulling our RV camper trailer, when we noticed a bulge in one of our truck tires. Worried about the safety of our drive, we called Discount Tire just 15 minutes before they closed. To our surprise, they allowed us to come in, even though the store was 14 minutes away. They went above and beyond, sourcing the tires we needed from another store, and had us in and out in just 30 minutes! That’s impressive!!! We were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of their service. They made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. This place is usually great as long as you're not on a time crunch. Told the man we were coming to drop off our car for a tire repair. He ended up trying to sell us 3 new tires we get it we can come back later but the fact that his sale mattered more than anything else was ridiculous. Then he copped attitude with me when I told him I understand our tires are bad but we came for the one with a hole in it. I hate being pressured by sales men. Any other day my husband would have bought all the damn tires but today we just had to go and the pushy salesman couldn't care less. Won't be back

Discount tire are a true blessing in disguise on December 1st I took my car to get my tire looked at because it was flat and they could not repair it because the tire was worn to its capacity so they replaced my tire with a brand new tire for free. I highly recommend discount tire over any tire place in the industry.

Kristofer and Mike were awesome! They got on the ground and got all dirty to get the stuck spare tire out from under our truck. They spent probably 30 good minutes trying different tools because the person who put it on did it incorrectly. Even after all that effort there was a slash in the spare. They gave me great advice and got me set up with an inexpensive replacement tire and even explained everything to me so we could use the tire holder in the future. Thank you for doing all of that work complimentary and being so patient and kind!

Employee immediately came out to us when we drove into lot. Checked our trailer tire, was able to get us 4 new tires ( he sent an employee to their warehouse to pick up ) and had them installed and back on the road within 2 hours. Inside we were offer water and they even gave us a cup and water for our puppy . Very friendly staff! Tires were a decent price - please note the tires were for a 40ft gooseneck trailer, definitely highly recommended this location and staff

I was on a road trip 5 hours from home when my tire suddenly lost pressure. I use Discount Tire in OKC so I quickly called one in Lubbock just 5 miles behind me. Michael dropped a on to find him, got me a new tire on a holiday weekend and got me in the road in short order. He took care of warranty paperwork on my tire and I was able to purchase a tire warranty on ALL my tires (on a brand new car- they didn’t sell the tires to me but now they will warranty them!)

Discount Tire on Ave Q in Lubbock, TX did an amazing job on my recent visit to their location. I was riding around on a bad tire that I was having to constantly fill with air because of a slow leak. I took my car to Discount Tire because they offer to fix flats at no cost. On this day, I had no money to my name so that sounded like a win win situation to me. The store employee came out to inspect my tire and informed me that there was not enough tread on my tire for them to fix the flat. It was a little disheartening to hear that I was not going to be able to fix my tire because I did not have the money to invest in a new or used one. The store employee told me to let her see if they had a tire in stock they could just give to me cause she wanted to know that I was safe on the road. 30 minutes later Discount Tire gave me a brand new tire for my car and didn't charge me a dime! They only cared about my safety and not about making money off of me that day. Now when I am ready to replace my other 3 tires, I will be taking my business to Discount Tire cause I know that I will be taken care of. Best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you Discount Tire for helping out a person in need!

When I took my car here the first time my hubcap center piece did not get put back on.I didn't realize it until much later, once I realized it , I called up there and spoke to Spencer! They took accountability and ordered new pieces because he could not find mine! Once they came in , they called me and I took my vehicle up there and they put them on for me. I also had a new nail in my tire and they were not able to patch it but thankfully it was under warranty and they replaced it! They were super fast, helpful and always friendly! Spencer is great at his job and always so helpful!
