I would not recommend this place for tire work. Very unprofessional service. Despite an appointment, I was informed that tire alignments will take another 45 minutes. So I patiently waited. After one hour they told me it will take another 45 minutes because there didn't do the estimate correctly.

Poor & Uneducated Management! Mr. Cecil was supposed to help me with the flat tire, but was so RUDE and asked UNNECESSARY QUESTIONS - So, I went to see the Manager, Mr. David, who after listening my complaint, SMILED in a disrespectful way, as he didn’t care (also Cecil and his team around him were smiling). Request : Kindly have an Educated and Friendly Manager at this location who cares about Customers in a PROFESSIONAL WAY!!!

Knowing that I can have the air pressure checked and air in my tires at no charge is great, I just learned you don't need to be a customer to get that service. The Warrenty for a few dollars per tire is great. When I went in a nearly new tire suffered from a road hazard a d the tire was replaced free. One reason I always buy my tires at discount tires

rewriting my review from my visit 4 months ago. customer service was incredible, most helpful and fun people ive ever met. very punctual and informed. 5 stars for that department. as for the techs, i discover more issues as time goes on... first, one of my tires were put with the INSIDE lettering pointed out, vise versa. i had a separate shop flip them a day after. secondly, i noticed a deep scrape along my wheels as if there wasnt enough lube put on. i have pictures of before and after, that paint chip was never there. havent hit a curb whatsoever and no one else has touched the tires on that specific wheel. third and hopefully last, 4 of 5 studs on one hub were completely cross threaded. i just took my wheels off to do a rotation and they were completely mangled!! this is without using an impact! super dangerous! i wasnt surprised seeing the studs completely messed up because they also broke 2 of my spacers trying to remove my wheels!! keep in mind i hand install and torque wrench all my stuff to spec. ive never had any issues with my car (or anyone elses cars ive worked on) until a tech at this location got their hands on it. after all these complications that become apparent as time goes on, i wouldnt recommend anyone who takes care of their cars to go here. maybe i just had bad luck with a new hire and theyre actually wonderful people, but i wouldnt risk it again. 1 star for scratching my wheel, installing my tires inside out, and cross threading. what a shame for a tire shop.

1/13/2024 Called discount tire at 10:30am. Spoke to Paul. To confirm they can mount my 40x15.5r24 tires. Schedule to come in 11:30am. Worked with flipe and handed him my keys. Waited by my phone all day. Got a call from discount tire at 4:27pm saying they couldn’t even dismount the old tires. Said they’ve been trying to contact me all day. Not true at all. I’ve been waiting by my phone and not one call until 4:27pm. Said their equipment was unable to do it. Told me to come before 5pm to pick up my truck. when I live 20min away. Now I have to rush there to pick up their unfinished work. If yall couldn’t do it don’t wait til the end of the day and waste my time. Upon inspection of my wheels and tires. Found right rear wheel and tire damaged. Kyle the manager handled the situation by filling a claim.

Dimas helped me locate a specific tire for my vehicle that they didn't have in stock. He ordered it for me over the phone, and it arrived 2 hours early. When I walked in, he greeted me at the door, explained the process in detail, and my car was ready quicker than I expected. Also, they didn't scratch my Rim while replacing my Tire! This is really important to me because I've had my Rims Scratched at the Dealership just over a tire rotation. These guys replaced my tire without a single scratch or Grease on my steering and the inside my car! Super satisfied with the quick service, this should be everyone's go-to for New Tires! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Be prepared to wait forever just for air. Go to the one on hwy 6 if you can. Preserve your energy, they’ll have 10 people working and walking past a long line of guest as if we’re just here for our good looks

Reservations don’t mean a thing. Made an appt for 12 pm. Arrived at 12:01 pm. It’s 12:38, and they are just now pulling my car into the bay. And this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. One time, waited over an hour.

**Discount Tire - Store TXH 86** I’ve been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for over a decade and have written reviews for several of their locations. Today, I visited store TXH 86 because one of my newly installed tires, within 90 days of installation, had a low pressure of 5 psi instead of the normal 33 psi. All four tires were under warranty. The team was quick to replace the tire with a brand-new one valued at $225, which was covered under the warranty. However, I was charged $45.80 for new tire insurance. Even though the tire was under warranty, the new insurance was required for the replacement. Overall, Discount Tire continues to deliver dependable service, and I appreciate their efficient handling of the situation.

If you want to spend half of your day here, go ahead. Came in at 8 in the morning to get an alignment, the employee told me already that there was 1 car ahead and that there's going to be an hour wait. 2 hours past and I checked on my car, upset, to come and find out they put another car ahead of mine and mine hasn't even been serviced yet. This isn't the first time I've had this situation with these employees, they take forever. I understand an alignment takes time, but sheesh, over 2 hours? I dont think so.

On Friday afternoon I noticed a nail in my tire. Since I don't want to mess with a flat, I made an appointment at Discount Tire for Saturday morning. I got there on time and the employee looked over my tire and said it wouldn't take very long to repair. He wasn't kidding! About 30 minutes later my tire had been patched and I was on my way! Great service and no charge since I have the warranty!

We had the best service experience. We were unfortunately towed to this location and had to wait till 8 am but the employees saw the people waiting and opened a few minutes sooner. Took care of us first and got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What saved our pocket was the insurance purchased on the tires when they were first bought.
