The entire First Tire & Automotive staff did a great job in the replacement of my tire on a short notice. The service advisor (Mike) ordered a tire and set up an appointment time and the service technician had me in and out in 35 minutes. I also was able to set up an appointment (via Mike) to have my rear brakes replaced in a couple of weeks. I always have a great experience with First Tire & Automotive, at a reasonable price.

The Gentleman Christian Ventura was very helpful and knowledgeable and pointed out that the reason my tires thread was wearing uneven was due to poor alignment. I now have brand new tires on my truck and my alignment has been corrected and truck drives straight!

Had a flat tire and brought my car in, they couldn’t find anything wrong after pulling the tire off and checking and testing it for leaks. They put it back on, pumped up all the other tires as well, and an hour later sent me on my way with no charge. The gentleman said “ we are an honest Christian based company, if we can’t fix it, we can’t charge you” not to many company’s are that nice and honest. For a nice gesture of kindness, they will get all my 4 cars business from now onwards, good people doing good honest work, NOW THATS WHAT I LIKE!!!

Great service. Came in for an oil change and they gave me basically an entire PowerPoint type of presentation on my car. They walked me through photos and details of what was priority that needed to get done assp as well as a few things that I could hold off. I’m really grateful for the transparency that this place offers. No guess work, no taking your money and leaving you in the dark or paying outrageous labor. I had a few issues going on with my vehicle. Christian is always a pleasure to work with. He he takes the time to keep me up-to-date on any a little change. He also breaks down pricing. If a service is going to be extremely high, for any reason or out of my budget, he will devise a plan to get things the done. I've never had an issue working with the team at this location. For me the prices are reasonable, the team does quality work and i'm learning more and more about cars with each visit.

I've been taking our vehicles to First Tire & Automotive for 10+ years. I'm a helicopter parent when it comes to our vehicles and I'm confident they'll do excellent work. They often tell me that items I've requested (air filters for instance) aren't necessary to change yet. That illustrates integrity. I recently had my high mileage infiniti in for a full diagnostic of underbody rubber components to determine what needed replacement. After a thorough analysis, they told me everything was tight and nothing was required. Again, thorough work and integrity at prices well below the dealership. I'll be continuing to get my vehicles serviced here for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended from a person with high expectations.
