This place is awful. Cats running around in the lobby and the smell is absolutely horrific inside. Due to being allergic to cats, I thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside for 2 hours while I got new tires installed.

Awful mechanic. Had to choice but to go to them for a tire patch. My Tire pressure monitor came in perfectly working and fine and he then broke it (most likely intentionally) and charged me $65 for it, on top of the $45 for the tire patch. After I left I realized the tire was never rebalanced so it shook like crazy. Never go here

BUYER BEWARE!! BAIT AND SWITCH! Scammer!!! My husband went in to get a tire fixed, and the rep, (owner) “Mohammed” talked my husband into new tires also upselling him into Bridgestone tires, low and behold when we both got home from work we looked at the invoice and he didn’t say Bridgestone he selected the cheaper tires he convinced my husband NOT to purchase. So we checked the labeling on the tire (thinking maybe it was an error in the computer that printed on the invoice) and the CHEAPER TIRE (IRONHEAD) was installed He charged us for a Bridgestone!! Charging us $105.00 more! This guy is a crook! Double check your invoices!! We are returning tomorrow to get this rectified! I have no problem sitting out in front of his store with a big sign warning people.

Mo took good care of me and my Range Rover. I came in to buy a tire which was priced better than anywhere I spoke to. He also advised me on a couple of suspension codes that Range Rovers are notorious for having, which I have been having issues with since I bought the car. Over all wonderful experience. Definitely will be doing business here exclusively in the future!

Hands down the worst experience ever at a garage. Was accused multiple times of making up problems by Mo and his deranged staff. One manager tried to make things right but it was just too late, it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix the things i paid for. No one should have to go through this

Had windshield wiper linkage replaced and regular service got a cracked windshield and wipers that fell off and no air filter at all , completely missing. Also rude service people. Good luck hope you have a better experience.

2.5 hours was a bit long for an oil change after being told it would be about 45 minutes total. Add on’s were grossly over priced. $50+ for an air filter then another $15 labor to replace it (which they had already taken out and would have had to put back in anyway). So needless to say after 2.5 hours and a $175 oil change bill, I was not happy. I do not give bad reviews, however, this joint deserves it. 1/2 stars if I could.

Terrible customer service and complete lack of communication and transparency. This place used to be great, but today I went in with a flat tire and asked the person at the front desk what my options were. He just asked me for the keys and then when he came back and told me he couldn't fix the tire, he quoted me the price of a new tire (which is fine) but when I told him no, I'd take the car somewhere else, he just said, oh well in that case it's $15 for checking the tire. It's not the $15 that's the problem. It's that this was never communicated ahead of time. He could have made up any number at that point. If he had said it's $100, I would have been stuck because he already had my car keys. Completely unprofessional to charge someone a random price without discussing it first just because they decline to do the work with you. They also quoted me $150 to change a splash guard. I was quoted at two difference places a third of that price. Complete rip off. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the OTHER tire places nearby.

I give you one star because is not way I can give you less than that. Worst service ever. They left the tires all lose after a rotation. I went back and they couldn't care less. Putting in risk my son life. So careless and just want him to go and do different things. Please if you care for your life and your loves one don't let them go there.

Everytime I've stopped in to have the air checked in my tires, someone always assists me. There's no charge and I do like to tip. Recently, I had a screw in my tire, and they patched it given where the screw went in. I sat for maybe 20 minutes and entertained myself with the 4 beautiful cats they have there. They are all friendly. Having them there made the time pass quickly. Thank you for giving them a home and for helping me
