Went in just shopping and got interested in a vehicle. Worked with a salesperson and told him we didn't want to haggle we wanted his best deal. He came back from speaking with his manager with his"best deal" & as soon as we started to walk his manager rushed over and started offering even better deals. It's what I hate about car buying in Florida. Stop the stupidity, your customers are well informed stop trying to take advantage of them.

I went to the service center in Coconut Creek this morning. I was immediately met by Santos Diaz and another gentleman from the service center. My Lincoln aviator was in an accident so I thought I might have to wait there for hours to get the paperwork done. To my surprise Santos made the steps so easy. He made every phone call and made all the preparations quickly. Allstate had given me a lengthy detail of how the procedure will go. Mr Diaz made me feel comfortable almost like a father taking the stress over from the child. I thank and appreciate him very much.

THIS SERVICE CENTER GOES THE EXTRA MILE! I always recieve excellent service from the service department. My service representative, Fernando, is very professional and takes cares of everything in a timely manner! He was even willing to stay a little late so I could pick up my vehicle in the evening.
