Buying a car from Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek was an easy, nonstressful experience. I never knew a car buying experience could be this pleasant. I drove 3 hours because of how the salesman spoke to me on the phone. He treated me like I was his priority from the first conversation. I told him what I wanted in the morning and by the afternoon my car was ready for me. (I couldn't make the trip till the following day) My car was presented to me with a beautiful bow. I couldn't have had a better experience. I will be buying all my future Mercedes from Coconut Creek Mercedes Benz.

The service staff is outstanding. My service consultant , Andrew, was very professional, knowledgeable, and very honest. My overall experience was great - from the moment I was greeted at the service drop off area, I was called within 5 minutes of my arrival, and they explained the process. I was given a loaner for the day and my car was ready when they promised. I would definitely recommend this service department to anyone who is looking to service their MB.

My husband and I took a stroll to the dealership to purchase. We were greeted by Norman Zelaya. At first I was hesitant because dealerships are not my favorite places and sales people are always pushy. Norman stepped back and allowed us to feel comfortable without any pressure or sales pitches. We were able to look at vehicles and he stood back to answer any questions we had. He made us feel very comfortable and treated us with the upmost respect. He was the first person to greet us and the last person as we left the dealership. I would go back just because of his professionalism and knowledge. It was a great experience for the both of us. I took advantage of a complimentary service inspection on my out-of-warranty car at Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek and was very happy with the experience. Gunner of the Service Advisor team took great care to move the process along quickly while I sipped good coffee and ate Amos’ Famous chocolate chip cookies in the nice customer waiting area. The result of the inspection showed that my car didn’t require any service at this point. I call that an honest assessment! Gunner had my car washed inside and out and I was happily on my way! I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Coconut creek!

I recently brought my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 into Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek because I was concerned about the engine temperature gauge reading close to 230 degrees—it seemed high to me, and I worried there might be a defect or issue. Service advisor Geoffrey was outstanding from the moment I arrived. He listened patiently to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and reassured me without making me feel foolish for checking it out. After a thorough inspection and diagnostic check, he confirmed that the temperature was actually within the normal operating range for this model (Mercedes engines often run warmer than what I'm used to from other brands, and this is by design for optimal performance and efficiency). The car wasn't defective at all—everything checked out perfectly. Geoffrey handled the whole process efficiently, kept me updated, and made sure I left feeling confident and informed. I truly appreciate the professionalism, expertise, and customer-focused approach at Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek. No pressure, just great service. Geoffrey went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. Highly recommend this dealership and specifically asking for Geoffrey if you need service—top-notch experience! Thank you again!

I give this 5 stars for the phenomenal sales team only. Patrick was wonderful to deal with and Joe, David, together with the sales managers were very helpful, supportive and went above and beyond to make the deal. It fell apart at financing. Ariel Gazo was the worst finance person ever, beyond rude and unhelpful. His utter disdain towards me was apparent because I was admittedly in a hurry. I waited for nearly 2 hours total for the financing and had appointments elsewhere. The paperwork should have been ready to go. It was explained to me that it’s first come, first serve which I understand in a busy dealership. There has to be a better way to speed up this process and there definitely has to be some instruction as to basic decency and manners towards customers. That being said, Scott jumped in more than once and he was very polite and helpful but unfortunately I had to sit in the office with Ariel and it was the most uncomfortable experience. I considered walking out the door without completing the deal. Ask for Scott or someone else if your deal ends up with Ariel.

My experience with AutoNation was extremely disappointing. Honesty should be the number one priority when conducting business especially on a six-figure vehicle purchase. The vehicle I was interested in was listed online at $105,000. I requested and received a full out-the-door breakdown at that price. After I confirmed serious interest, the numbers changed. The price increased to $110,000, and an additional $1,500 “conditioning” fee was suddenly added. What makes this even more concerning is that other similar vehicles listed by the dealership did not carry this same conditioning fee. It only appeared after I moved forward in the buying process. When pricing shifts after engagement, it reflects poorly on transparency and raises questions about business practices. Shady adjustments and inconsistent fees do not build trust they reveal culture. Customers deserve clear, consistent pricing from the beginning. Integrity should not depend on whether a buyer is ready to move forward.
