Purchased a 2011 G55 AMG from Jeff's back in August, I have had the vehicle several months (waited to write a review) and it has been everything I expected. I dealt with Chris who was awesome and gave us recommendations on hotels and restaurants to stay in and check out during our time in the area. They also took it over to their service garage so I could check out the vehicle up in the air before I bought it. On my way home I noticed that it was missing the gas cap and as soon as I informed Chris they offered to write me a check for a new one which I received in a few days. The manager of the store came up and introduced himself as well during our visit, I would not hesitate to buy another luxury car from these guys. It was certainly worth the 6 hour drive there and back for the truck they sold me, highly recommended.

I was a little nervous purchasing a vehicle online and over the phone. I live in Toledo and the dealership is in Canton. I immediately was informed about how the process works. Erik did a an amazing job keeping me updated and provding me pics and videos of the vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle was in my price range and they took care of everything for me, they even delivered it to my location. I bought a vehicle from Jeff's Motorcars back in October and waited to review. The whole experience was great. I worked with Hans and he was very straight-forward and friendly and worked with me on the price. I was there late afternoon on a Friday and they stayed on to make sure I could take the vehicle home that day, and worked out a way to make the deal work even though financing couldn't get finalized until Monday. I bought a used FJ Cruiser and have had no issues with it at all and am very happy with the vehicle. I received Title and paperwork very quickly. I would recommend Jeff's to anyone who is looking for a quality used vehicle and a pleasant purchasing experience.

Jeff's is great. Back when I was a kid they really stoked my passion for exotic cars. They were just outside Massillon at that time but the sales staff never chased me away and they even let me test drive both a Lotus Esprit (I currently own 2) and a Porsche 944 Turbo. They made the dream accessible. They even offered reasonable financing to a kid with barely any credit. Now, all these years later I have been a car dealer , and am now a car collector. I kind of owe them a tribute to helping enthusiasts find their dreams. You can't put a price on that. Here's to happy automotive memories and Jeff's Motorcars! 5 stars

Charged $590 to turn four rotors. they told me the job is quoted to be a four hour long job for something that should be two hours at the longest ever. I have a Ford F150, super easy to do brakes on. I addressed the price issue before the work was done and they reassured me that it takes at last 3.5 to four hours. But they were done in under two hours. That was after the mechanic came in to use the vending machine twice. Not happy with the service from this establishment.
