I took my fusion in to have a dent in the roof fixed. They had to remove the headliner and the sunroof to do the repair. The outside work looks good however my tan headliner had black hand prints all over it. The next day the sun roof leaked all over my back seat. When I went back to have the problem corrected Dayton tried to act like there was a leak there before, which there was not. They also said they did not touch anything that would have got their hands greasy. As an ASE certified technician who has worked on sunroofs, I can honestly say this is false. They have grease in the tracks and collect dirt through the years.I have owned this car for 3 years and I know it inside and out. They didn't even attempt to clean it to make me happy. When I brought it up the second time, Dayton walked away from me like a true "class act". They also left a hat and some trash on my vehicle. After leaving a review the owner called and had my vehicle detailed. However the sunroof still leaks and I have a permanent water stain in my headliner that I never had before. Unfortunately I can not recommend them.

I would absolutely recommend North Canton Collision! Every employee is friendly, professional and accommodating. They did great work on my car and had it done quickly. They also warranty their work! This is a very efficiently run business. Hopefully I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely give them my business again.

Took them almost 2 weeks to get me in. Once I got in they were supposed to call me back that night with what the estimate was and what was going on. I never once got a call from them about what was going on. My insurance company was the one to call me three days later to tell me what was going on. Three weeks waiting without a vehicle to see what they were going to do and they end up totaling it and saying wasn’t drivable when I drove it over there without any problems. All it had was some exterior damage nothing under the hood or mechanical. I definitely do not recommend this place!

North Canton Collision was recommended to me by a family relative who had the same situation with their car door as I did. A deer running into the driver side door and damaging both that door and the rear passenger door. Unfortunately I did not have the insurance coverage to cover it as my car is very old. But I was given a price and decided to go with North Canton Collision because of their reputation. I was given a free rental thankfully which really helped the situation. When I received my car completed it was beautiful. I've had it for 3 days now and so far so good. Hard lesson learned for me though, I have since then put comp and collision back on my old puddle jumper but it runs and looks great! Thank you North Canton Collision for a job well done.

Was looking for a reputable repair shop and was recommended North Canton collision by Sarchione Chevrolet. I found out they have a great team there that appears to excel in all areas. Communication throughout the repair process was on point. They had answers to every question I tossed their way. Their initial deadline for my truck was so quick I got curious enough to ask about their process. From what I was told it seems as if they’re a well-oiled machine. I truly believe the only reason I did not get my truck back in that initial time frame was due to SEVERAL parts being on back order. Overall, I’m thrilled to have my truck back and NCC did a fantastic job. Highly recommended them to anyone for any sort of repairs.

All the staff I interacted were pleasant and professional. They took there time to educate and inform me of the and explain the process and the repair details. I really liked the approach they proposed vs a second alternarive. I would like to give a shoutout to John, Matt Sue and Kelli for making a distasteful task as pleasant as possible. The situation was complicated due to an uninsured motorist issue that was using insurance as a backup. The uninsured motorist had integrity and reimbursed me and insurance was used only as a backup. A hearty thank you to Mike the professional body work artist who did the repair on my truck. It is always a pleasure to interact with craftsman that reflect the pleasure and enthusiasm they get in doing high quality work. Where do I start. So a young lady hit me on the side of my car on the highway. It tore up the left side of my car especially the back left side. So she of course was at fault so her insurance paid for it to get repaired at this shop. They didn’t repair anything they actually made it worse. My car had a broken windshield which they refuse to fix. Also it was making a rattle sound on the back of my left tire. I told them it was still making that sound even after they did the body work. Plus when I applied my foot on brake it barely stopped. You know they told me to take it to a repair shop for a DIAGNOSTIC!!!! Are you kidding me. Then the brake caliber they put on was faulty. After a day I had to get it towed to Fix it Fred .. Well it cost me 2000 because they found the brake booster as well as brake caliber was busted. Then after all that my transmission went out well look at that. If they would have done their job and actually looked at whole vehicle they probably would have found out my transmission was not good after the accident. Never again!!!! They are horrible. They guy even argued with me when I told him it was from accident cause it didn’t start doing all this until after that. He is at the first desk when you walk in to the right. Don’t go to him or even step foot in there. 0 stars.

My son had an accident an hour from home. We had the car towed to NCCC and I’m so glad that we did. We left the car there after hours and from that point on they handled everything for us. Kelly was my main contact person and she is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. John did all of the work on the car and every time I called he got on the phone and explained everything to me. He also went out of his way to keep the cost down. There is no other collision shop I would ever consider going to. North Canton Collision has been in business since—forever! I’ve been there three times for minor and major repairs. Many friends and family members before me. Every employee is professional, Knows their stuff and brings the car back to life in the amount of time they estimate. My insurance company (Auto Owners) said they never question NC Collision because their estimates are always “right on” and they never have to question their reasoning. As a result they are in their preferred provider list. Everyone is kind, friendly with good old fashioned service! Communication is consistent. They let you know what is happening and if there is. A delay—why there is one.
