Great experience with the mechanics at Bush Automotive Repair. My 1996 Ford F-150 truck was a newer purchase and was difficult to start when the truck was warmed up. The air conditioning didn’t blow cold air. Josh, the owner gave the truck a good inspection, checked the pressure from the fuel pump, cleaned the throttle body, fixed the air conditioning, did some tough diagnostic work and now the truck starts without difficulty. Understand the diagnosis took two trips but on the second visit there was NOT a charge for labor, only the part, a $30 temp control valve. You can feel good about going to Bush Auto repair at the corner of Portage Rd and Pittsburg Rd near North Canton. They are honest and trustworthy.

This is the most honest shop you'll find anywhere. They're really losing out on money because they're the only mechanic not ripping people off. I have taken my vehicle there multiple times and they fixed the problem for less than I expected. One time I had to have all the brake lines replaced and the price was more than I expected. I researched online and called a bunch of local places and Bush's price was still much less. The brake line job was done flawlessly and the vehicle was completely fixed. They are the best.

Absolutely wonderful! Kevin, Ben and all of the guys at Bush's provide a fantastic service. They are trustworthy, honest and incredibly fair with pricing. They have never tried to up sell me, nor have they ever used scare tactics like I've experienced in other places. You don't find many people like this any more. I challenge anyone to take the vehicle to any shop and than come to Bush's. My repair bill at the other guys : $1,467 My bill at Bush's $356. Glad I got a second opinion! You can trust Bush's 110%. Great people, honest and reliable.

This was the best experience I've ever had with having a car repaired anywhere! I was absolutely stunned by the service Josh and crew offered. This is how my experience went: - I called, and they were able to get my car in very quickly despite how busy they are - Not long after, Josh called to let me know what the issue was (cracked oil pan,) and the cost to repair it - Not long after THAT, I get a call that my car is done...same day! - I go to pick up my car and settle the bill, and the price ended up being LESS than what was estimated! Really, REALLY impressed by these folks! They've made a lifelong customer out of me.

I took my car to a corporate shop and was surprised when they listed multiple things that should be serviced in addition to the issue I went in for. I asked for recommendations from friends and was sent to Bush’s for a second opinion. Bush’s took the time to test drive my car as well as putting it on the lift before confirming what they felt was needed. Not only did they do the work that was required for significantly less than was quoted at the corporate store, but they also sent me to another local business for work that they do not perform (tires). I love supporting local and this one is an easy choice for me in the future!

I just wanted to give a recent review. Me and my mom have been customer's of Bush's automotive for approximately 18 plus years. Josh and his staff are honest, professional, and always willing to help. For me I will only take my car to BUSH'S for any maintenance and all my repairs. They have reasonable prices and work with your schedule. Josh and Andy are fantastic and always have good humor, they make you feel right at home. ZERO STARS. If I could leave zero stars , I would. My husband took his truck here and paid for all wheel tire alignment and balance and paid for a seal to be replaced. They replaced the seal but only touched ONE WHEEL! they didn’t balance or rotate any of the other wheels. Such a scam and dishonest! Don’t trust these people. He also asked them to check the shocks and other parts and was told by the mechanic that they were good. I will include a picture of the “good shocks” they “checked”. My husband is redoing and replacing some parts now and had to replace many parts that were completely rusted through , but when he asked the mechanic to check if they needed replacement they said “no”. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMS. He also inquired about an emergency brake replacement in his manual truck and was quoted $700 and all it needs is the new brake cable installed… DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. It’s such a shame mechanics now a days, you can’t even trust the places with “Good reviews “. It’s under Matthew Benton.
