Wes at Dixie Tire Pros is fantastic !! Always provides excellent customer service. Their work completed for me has been satisfactory so far. Only gripe would be that they are a little too expensive in my humble opinion. I would recommend to others in need of their services offered.

Paid $89 for mount and balance two tires this is not acceptable. Two other shops in town do it for $30 exactly one third the price.

Definitely going back! The mechanics were honest with me about what services I needed on my car, and the price was reasonable. They also honored my appointment time, and even put two mechanics on my car to help get my car finished more quickly.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff firstly, but I came in for a tire puncture from a nail and found that the price of great service is a little high, try about $29 to get the repair/ although it was a patch and not a plug repair I found myself in need of the repair and the location was very convenient. I also felt a little more educated on the subject but As a consumer who has had this repair before I thought the price was high. I will be watching the road a little better not to have the issue again. Again great service but a little costly.

Always customer friendly. Stephen explained my options for tires for my daughters car and was spot on! Her car drives better than it did on the last tires she bought out of town two years ago. Her new tires from Dixie were a fraction of the cost. She was in and out with tires, oil change and alignment in under two hours. Plus they are open on Saturday! Thanks again.

Had new Toyo R/T 35in tires put on my truck only reason I went here was Wesley up front promised my rims wouldn’t be chipped or messed up! Well after picking my truck up 3 out of the 4 rims had chips on the rim of the wheel. Once I brought him out to show him he denied they had chipped them and said they were already there which was a straight lie! Nobody has touched my tires since the truck was new! Then driving the truck down 85 the next day truck was vibrating so bad from the tires not being balanced right that I thought the whole truck was going to fall apart. Do yourself a favor and find a tire shop that’s honest and knows what they are doing! DO NOT TAKE your truck or car to DIXIE TIRE in Spartanburg!

Customer service was friendly, service got done a whole lot earlier than I expected which I was very happy about, they're in my neighborhood so they're very close by, they even offered me a ride back to my house due to the fact they had to keep my car over night. My car was kept safe in a locked in area! The prices are affordable!

I am so thankful for this shop and the people that work here. Have a college student in SC and I’m in FL, so the stress of putting her in good hands was through the roof! Her check engine light came on, and instead of turning up the radio volume she called me. We found Dixie online and sent her in with a Hail Mary. They were completely professional and worked well with our situation to make sure they diagnosed and addressed the right problem. Very transparent, honest and helpful given our circumstances. We’re normally not so lucky when it comes to these types of unexpected events and were definitely out of our element, but Dixie really came through for us!

Stopped by Dixie Tire several months back for a small air leak in my tire. It was a simple nail which needed a patch. Wait was about an hour and the cost was over 30 bucks. The cost of this repair was excessive in my opinion. Now knowing the cost of materials it was clearly a bad deal. Was my first and last visit to this location.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The auto repair world can be intimidating for a female with little knowledge about cars. I was traveling alone with my dog when my car started violently shaking while driving and I knew it was unsafe to drive. I called Dixie Auto based on my location and their reviews and they told me to bring it on in and they would see what they could do. Not only was Tom kind enough to drive me and my pup back to our hotel, Wesley was able to diagnose the issue and then replace my brake calipers, pads and rotors, and bleed my brakes and get my car back to me the same day. Tom even came back to pick me and my pup up and took us on the highway to show us how well the car was running. Wesley stayed open late to show me the work he did on the vehicle. The price was extremely fair and the total came out less than the estimate, which never happens! Wesley even checked my tire balance to ensure there would be no shaking once I got back on the road just for my safety and peace of mind. These folks were beyond kind to me and my pup and took great care of us. Extremely trustworthy and quick terrific service. Warms my heart to know people like them and businesses like this still exist. My dog even gave Tom kisses he felt so comfortable around him 😄 Thank you for everything!

Had my car for seven months. The car was running but in limp mode when I brought it to Dixie. After seven months and about a 1000.00 in parts the car still was not fix. I had it towed to another shop and paid them $880 just to do diagnostics. Ends up. Dixie did more damage to the car than they fixed. The other shop gave me a price of right at 9000.00 to repair!!! Dixie also left parts off the car. They told me to come by and see if I can find them! Really! Oh, and they killed my expensive battery and gave me a cheap one. The car is now sitting in my driveway Dead! They need to stick to tires. I wouldn't let them work on a lawnmower! Oh, and they have the balls to bill me 574.00 for screwing my car up!

Went and paid them almost 600 hundred dollars to fix why my car is slow on taking gas.it worked for a while but started acting up again took it up there and they said they went thru it and said it should be fixed but it wasn't same issue.then he said he can't keep blowing out lines and whatnot so I said u only changed out a purge solenoid cause that's the only part that they gave me back from working on my car.
