If I could give 0 stars I would, the person at the desk would not let us speak to a mechanic, when I explained my car issues she refused to check it herself/showed no interest at all in helping. She said I could leave my car without any further guidance or info, & she’d call me later and they’d let us know something but wouldn’t have anyone assist us. When I tried to speak to the mechanic myself she ran out of the office and interrupted and told me to leave. Not sure what the issue was here but it’s the only experience like that I’ve had and she was very rude. Felt bad and wouldn’t trust them.

Would not look at our car. would not let a mechanic talk to us. told us that we have to leave the car or just leave. Car was over heating and would not turn back on until it cooled off. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend 0/10
