I've been coming here for the last six months about... I had not ever had any problems. For the first time, I just had one issue today: I had an appointment and when I arrived I still had to wait. They stated they they never keep appointments on a Saturday. I find this to be a problem because, why allow us to make them online? Not their fault though... The online system needs to be alot better.

I recently took my car to Meineke Car Care Center. From the moment I called to schedule, walked in, I was greeted warmly by Ryan. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the services my car needed. They performed a thorough inspection, took pictures of the issue and didn’t pressure me into getting unnecessary repairs. I appreciated their honesty and transparency. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because I had preliminary issues impacting my wanted services. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Meineke to anyone looking for reliable car care services. I’ll be returning for my next maintenance check!

The service was decent even though it took longer than what was told to us. I really don’t like the fact that a few months after our service that we get a call that we have to pay a difference because a part was not covered. That should have not been on us and should have been taking care of by Meineke. The difference should not have been the customers responsibility months later when they realized they messed up. They meaning Meineke. We are very displeased due to that.

Impeccable Service!!!!!! From the time we walked in I committed to use them for any of my truck mechanical needs. David was very warm and friendly. Prioritized our business. He made us feel like his only customer of the day, even though they were busy. After stopping at 2 other places to get an alignment, he took us right in age took care of my vehicle. I'm very happy with our service and work quality.

I hit a long piece of tire coming from McDonough and i was hearing rattling noise coming from my metal plate . They pulled me right in, patched up my plate did a free diagnostic (let me know i needed rear pads n rotors with a estimate & applicable discounts) and got me out in about 30 min! I will definitely be returning to get serviced!! Add on - Miguel serviced me !

Absolutely terrible. I came in to get my ball joint replacement, but the mechanic damaged my axel and then tried to blame the dealership and make me pay an additional $212 to have that fixed. He even knew that he was about to damage my car and just forced it anyway. They have 1 star on most reviews platforms and even the parking lot is damaged. They're not even cheap. They were a few bucks less than the official mechanics specifically for my car. Had to call corporate and the cops. They broke my rim as well. DO NOT COME HERE PERIOD!

Brought vehicle in 3 times for same repair. 3rd visit was after taking vehicle to dealership and paying another diagnostic fee to prove the previous repair was not done correctly (failed gasket). Paid for rental car and diagnostic due to this mess and corporate would not return my calls. Sent dispute through credit card and meineke conveniently left out the 3rd visit after trip to dealership. Claim has been reopened. Should have listened to the other disgruntled customer that came in during my first visit.. Staff is respectful, but not sure about service work...

I needed brake pads and rotors, so did my research and drive-up visits to other places. It came down to whom do I trust? I read the reviews and selected Meineke in Forest Park. They will continue to receive my services because of excellent customer service, direct communication, and great technicians.

I came here because my tire was shaking past when I got on the hwy as well as it popping when I turned ; when I came and paid for the diagnostic they said it was my axles so they replaced them , than I came back because the problem was still there and they said it was my alignment . So I got that did and than the problem still remained so I’m like I have to get another opinion or 2 and both shops stated it was my motor mount and axles which now I have to pay more money & the reason of paying for an diagnostic was to locate the problem and match what the customer was saying which didn’t happen … before coming here please go somewhere else for other options

CJ has wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable about his job! The issue is the parts vendors. They had me waiting over six hours for a part to be delivered for repairs because the first part that was brought was the wrong part. After voicing how important it was that I had my car back today CJ quickly jumped into action and asked for an override to get the part from somewhere else and I was able to have my car back. Thank you guys so much and I look forward to doing business with you in the future!

Made an appointment for an oil change a few hours ahead, got in and out in less than 30min. I recommend this place. Customer service was ideal.

If you want a place that can give you the technical reason and the KISS reason your vehicle is not operating properly THIS IS THE PLACE. I never thought they did a COMPLETE inspection. They do batteries, motor problems and all. The man DAVID is experienced and shoot straight! The work is well organized and you WILL NOT be there all day. I am going back when anything is wrong for sure-they treat you right!

I'm a disabled mechanic. We only took our truck here because it was one of the place's CarShield recommended . My wife took it in (as I'm disabled and wheelchair bound) & explained to them there was something going on in the suspension. We told him if i had to guess it was likely a tie rod end or maybe a ball bearing. They drove it & said they couldn't replicate the issue which we had already told them it would come & go. that it would need a physical inspection. After their so-called inspection they said the only thing wrong was the back brakes were very bad (which they were) & the front brakes needed replacing as well because they were bad however, we just had those done at the dealer like 3 months ago. So we went & picked up the truck & brought it home. I took it to the dealership because I knew there was something else wrong with it. The dealership confirmed & showed us where the problem was. they replaced the part & the sound went away. At this point I'm upset because we paid $108 diagnostic fee for nothing. Then I was in my garage & looked over @ my toolbox & saw that my specialty key for my lug nuts was there. Now how did they take my tires off if they didn't have my lug nut key? So when my wife called and asked him about it he said oh we don't need to take your tires off to inspect your truck. How do you inspect suspension & brake issues w/out removing the wheel? At bare minimum I would at least have checked the balance of the tires to make sure that wasn't an issue plus, look at the outer parts of the brakes & the caliper. I think all they did was drive the truck & didn't hear nothing, put it on the lift (you can see through our rims) see brakes & see that the back brakes needed replacing & said that was it. Tried to charge me $1,000+ for brake job. This would not have been covered under my warranty & I still would have had the problem. However the dealer took care of it & it only cost me my $200 deductible. CJ was nice to my wife but the shop was shady & couldn't explain how they did the inspection without the lug nut key other than saying that they didn't necessarily need it. also the email with the Diagnostics was completely blank. Because when the other dealer asked to see what they had checked we noticed that there was nothing written on it.

I hoped it was going to be a good experience.. I was hearing a grinding sound in my front end and suspected a wheel bearing issue.. they charged $109 diagnostic fee and was told that if the extended warranty company covered repairs, that would come out of my deductible.. that was ok with me.. I was emailed later in the day saying that they had test drove my truck and couldn't hear the sound I was hearing but they did recommend front and rear brake replacement.. after I picked it up I realized that I didn't give them the special key to take off my rims so I called them and asked if they had taken my rims off to check the suspension. I was told that sometimes they didn't have to. But that upon inspection, it was just the brakes that were the issue. After jacking the truck up myself, I found that the passenger front tire wiggled.. I made sure the lugnuts were tight, which they were. So that told me that in fact, I do need a passenger wheel bearing replacement... if they would've just jacked it up and wiggled the tires at least, I wouldn't be pissed off & have $109 less in my pocket... I feel like they just didn't want to mess with it.

Review of Meineke – Forest Park, GA (October 2025) ⭐ On October 2, I had my 2007 Chrysler 300 towed to Meineke in Forest Park for a water pump replacement. From the start, I was told a diagnostic check was required for $108. I approved the charge in good faith, expecting a straightforward process. Instead, I received poor communication and repeated delays. On October 3, I had to call three times (9 AM, 12 noon, and 4 PM) just to check on my vehicle. Each time, I was told they were “still working on diagnostics.” The diagnostic report was withheld until the shop was about to close that evening, despite my repeated requests. When I finally received the report, it listed nearly $8,000 in repairs, including claims that I needed a new motor, warranty services (which I do not have), and numerous unrelated repairs. This was completely unreasonable, especially since my car already has a new motor. My only request was a water pump replacement, but the estimate suggested a full rebuild of the vehicle. On October 6, I arrived with a tow truck to retrieve my car. The environment was unprofessional and concerning. Several men in street clothes loitering outside the shop claimed they worked there, yet none wore uniforms or identification. They casually offered to give my car keys to the tow truck driver without verifying ownership. This lack of professionalism and security was alarming. Overall, I felt misled, pressured, and taken advantage of. The shop inflated repair costs with unnecessary work, withheld the diagnostic report, and created an unsafe and unprofessional atmosphere. I left feeling this location attempted to scam me rather than serve me honestly. I cannot recommend this Meineke location. If you value honesty, professionalism, and transparency, I suggest looking elsewhere.

A tremendous experience! This location has my absolute respect. I made an appointment for service, due to a mechanical issues, I had to reschedule at the last minute. The manager was more than understanding and when I was able to get there, right at closing, they took my car and checked it in without question. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was purring like a kitten and we were on our way without any extra, unnecessary recommendations. We got what we came for and it was service with a smile! We'll definitely be back!

This company was recommended to me through CarMax. I dropped my car off October 24th at the Forest Park location. I didn’t get my car back until November 3rd. I dropped it off for an AC issue. Communication was horrible. I called them for updates on my vehicle. There were days where I’d call and no one picked up the phone. On the 29th, they had to send my car to another location because they didn’t have the equipment to run a diagnostic on my car. The day they told me my car was ready for pick up, they told me the repair was out of warranty and it will cost me close to 500 dollars. The whole process was handled poorly and all they could do was apologize. Not a good experience at all.

I was charged for a diagnostic for my truck. The rep said that they were sure the issue could be fixed. My truck was kept for 3 days and I'll I received was an additional fee for a fuse....94.00 for a fuse and of course labor. One fuse is taken out and the other gets plugged in for 94.00. On top of that my dash board lights that were on when I got there are still on! I was told to go to a dealership because this was too time consuming. Also their diagnostic didn't go that far. I'm out of almost 200 for nothing. The worst experience

Came in for repair on my emission problem they let me know everything that was wrong with my vehicle and gave me a price breakdown for each issue. The repair didn’t take no more than a few hours. The communication was really good and the quality of work was excellent. I would recommend and repair work from them again.
