I had the worst experience here today. First let’s say Dodges Computer System is far behind the times and they can’t look up all the work that has been done on a vehicle unless that specific service center did the work. So Reno Dodge can’t see when Carson Dodge did an oil change. Well I drive all the way down from Tahoe because getting an advisor on the phone at either Reno or Carson is next to impossible. Carson tried to get a hold of Reno for our service records but the request was going unanswered. So I get there and Troy tells me that it will take a while to print up these records for me. In the middle of our interaction he takes a phone call and leaves me to help the customer on the phone. Then someone calls his cell phone and he proceeds to have a conversation with a family member over helping me. He tried to figure out why Carson City needs this information and I just told him that they requested it and I needed it. He seemed annoyed that he had to hit print and stand up to get this info from the printer. It took all of 10 minutes to print but I was there for an hour. He was rude and incompetent. He couldn’t send it to Carson Dodge and honestly I felt he just didn’t want to help me at all and I got more and more frustrated as time went on. The worst customer service ever.

Worse experience of my life. Service techs damaged my car and scratched my paint, tossed everything around carelessly in my trunk to get at the spare tire and didn't put anything back, tried to charge me $100 for a $10 air filter, took over 3 hours to do a simple 20 minute oil change, stripped my drain plug and caused an oil leak. I had to go to a different shop to find out why the oil was leaking and the other shop replaced the drain plug for free. Avoid Dolan Dodge Service center at ALL costs. You have been warned.

This place has terrible customer service and doesn't know how to keep their customers informed with proper information on their vehicle. I've had my 2013 Dodge Challenger at this location for over a week before I had even dropped my vehicle off here. I had spoke to the service department manager named Sean and when I spoke to him he told me if my brought my vehicle in as they opened then that guarantees that my vehicle would be worked on that day. Well sad to say that that was not the case and no one properly informed me until I had already signed my vehicle in with them and the main technician maynor gave me a completely different story about how because I was a walk-in that they would have to hold my vehicle for 3 days which I didn't have a problem with. As long as my vehicle got fixed. Well when the 3 days were up they still hadn't figured out what was wrong with my vehicle and they tried to get me to pay another $200 for another inspection which is ridiculous. So after having a conversation with the service department manager about this, he told me that they were going to waive the second inspection fee and that they are going to figure out what's going on with my car. Another 2 days go by and they finally figure out what's going on with my vehicle and they're telling me that it should be an easy fix. They just have to wait for the parts to get in. So another day goes by and their parts get in and for some reason they don't work on my vehicle in the time frame that they said that they were going to and they make me wait the whole weekend while they are closed for my vehicle and I am told by the technician maynor that my vehicle only needs a little bit more time to be worked on and I should be able to pick it up sometime in the morning. So now it's been a whole week and I've been trying to contact them. I leave a voicemail for the technician and for some reason he can't call me back. I weigh almost 3 hours and try to call them back and finally contact them and they're now telling me that my vehicle won't be done until the end of the day because they have a bunch of diagnostics that they have to do. It's pretty strange that if my vehicle's been sitting there for over a week and they're already working on it for some reason diagnostics have a higher priority over my vehicle even though I'm paying them over $2,000 in cash for the repairs. I would highly advise that you do not bring your vehicle here. They are not good at keeping you up to date on what's going on and the information that they do tell you is more than likely false

Was initially worried about the poor reviews, but had a pretty great experience overall. David was very helpful, talked me through the services and let me pick and choose what I wanted, called me an uber after I dropped off, and let me pick up the truck after hours so that I didn’t have to rush home from work.

I brought my car in for recall work. When making the appointment, I made a point of confirming that the recall parts were ordered and on site. The assured me they had everything. The day of the appointment comes and they can only do one of the recalls because they didn't have the part for the other recall! But what's worse is that when I picked up my car I found that they had laid their tools or part of my dashboard on the leather seat that I had kept in great condition. There were micro tears, holes, scratches and black handprints on my well-maintained leather seat! Then a few days after the service, I had to get something out of the trunk of my car and I discovered that the service tech had shoved everything to the rear of my trunk so they could inspect my spare tire. They didn't put anything back. My trunk was in complete disarray. My business formal suit was crumpled up. I didn't even know they were going to do an inspection! They deserve one star but I gave them an extra star because the service managers were great about trying to make the situation right. They brought out the service foreman to be made aware of the damage. They hooked me up with a leather restoration service who did a pretty good job. Unfortunately, I can still see the faint remnants of the worst scratches because I know where to look for them. The seat is no longer 100% like it was before I brought my car in. And I need to get my suit pressed again. Very, very disappointed.
