I was going out of town and had checked my oil. I second guessed myself and thought maybe I needed a quart. I went to my local O'Reilly and asked one of the employees if he would check my oil to see if I needed any. He was friendly and nice and had no problem helping me out. It turned out I didn't need any oil and I was just paranoid. Then he gave me a tip on how to better read my dipstick.

May not have the cheapest prices on certain items (washer fluid π), but the employees are fantastic and the used oil dropoff is awesome. Itβs waaaay easier to find wipers, filters, oil, etc. than in the wally world next door. Have been frequenting this store for ~20 years and will continue until we no longer need auto parts. π

First time in this location and it was great. The folks behind the counter were super knowledgeable and friendly. They had everything we needed for our new truck and more, their accessories aisle actually has stuff that's cheaper than Amazon, even the floor mats! They also had good music playing, might have been a local rock station, not sure. Shout out to the woman with the magical looking hair - she saw we looked lost and immediately came to our rescue, she was fantastic. :) I plan to come here instead of Amazon for our future truck needs. π

There are always friendly faces here. This store usually has my parts in stock and if by chance they donβt then they are quick to have it delivered from another store asap. I like to see a good balance of make and female employees that are both equally knowledgeable and willing to find answers if they arenβt sure of an answer to my questions.

I honestly wish I came to the W 7th St location first today. The O'Reilly's on Keystone is usually my go to location & they used to have great customer service for years. Today I had stopped at the Keystone location first for windshield wiper blades. The employee working there, he looked like he was pissed off with the world & looked like he didn't care about his job. He pretended like I wasn't there and took a long personal call. After his call he asked what help I needed. I inquired about needing new windshield wiper blades. Being the only customer in the store. He told me that it would be another 20 mins before he could help me. I kindly thanked him for his time. I decided instead to go to O'Reilly's on W 7th St being I had other errands to run in the same area. When I arrived at O'Reilly's on W 7th St. It was a total complete game changer. Talk about great customer service! I was greeted with a smile at the door right when I walked in. An employee by the name of James. He first had a look at my old wiper blades. I was originally going to just replace one of the blades that was torn. James convinced me that the driver side was starting to look pretty worn. That it would be best to replace both at the same time before the winter weather hits our area. James located the new wiper blades for my car. I purchased them & James installed my new wiper blades for me. He also gave me a friendly tip on keeping my wiper blades lasting a long time. To James on W 7th St, from one southpaw to another southpaw. Sincerely thank you for helping this lady out today. In getting me safely back on the road, on this very rainy day. Updated review: Yesterday 12-16-2025 my car battery unexpectedly died on me. My neighbors behind me a bunch of knights and shining armors that all came out to save my day. They jumped started my car for me and highly recommended that I get the battery replaced immediately. Being my old battery came from O'Reilly. As a long time customer of O'Reilly's. I headed straight over to your location on 7th street. Talk about great, quality customer service. Aiden looked up my O'Reilly's account. He found out that my old battery was still under warranty by a short few days. When Aiden told me that I was receiving a free battery replacement. I was shocked at first as I was ready to purchase a new car battery on my credit card. I guess the big man upstairs wanted to surprise me with a free car battery for Christmas. Aiden went above and beyond in replacing my car battery for me. He's got great customer service skills! He was fun to talk with sharing car stories, while changing my battery for me. I honestly want to say a huge Thank You! to Aiden for greatly helping me yesterday. I believe in you, Aiden!

Replacing ball joints on a 2016 4runner, and rented a ball joint press from another Orileys. But at each store they carry the same ball joint press. It is comes with 3 sizes. And neither of them fit the ball joint. There are about 10 different sets, they should carry at least one that has more sockets. They don't even sell individually a 2.5" socket!! I asked one of the clerks about the press amd they have never used one. So, I paid $147 to rent a useless tool.. and have 48 hours to return it. Kinda hard when now my car is out of commission with a ball joint I can't remove after renting a toll that doesn't have the correct socket. Cause this all makes sense right?! Not really customer focused on actual tools to get the job done...

DO NOT BUY LIQUID VENT AIR FRESHENERS!!!!! A week ago i went into o'reillys to get screws for my license plates and also picked up a car air freshener while i was there. The one i purchased is by a company named Auto Expressions, DO NOT BUY THIS or any liquid air fresheners. I had this product in my car for less than a week when i noticed that it had leaked all over my center dash trim bezel and completely cracked and melted the plastic, i immediately took it off and it leaked all over my hand and started burning my fingers as well. I tried to clean it off my dash but the damage had already been done. After all this i went online and saw that the particular brand i had bought is not the only one that has done this. The reason i am giving o'reillys a one star is the fact they still sell these products despite the hundreds of reviews on how these products have ruined peoples cars and cost them hundreds of dollars to fix. If you want a car air freshener just make sure to buy the ones that hang from your mirror or the cups of scented beads.

Overall good experience, they didnt have the part I needed they had the part I needed delivered to my local store from one across town.
