This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I brought my car in after a very poor experience at Chevrolet after they kept it 2 days with doing nothing. Pro 1 treated me kindly, they did not charge me when they found no codes on the diagnostics. They fixed my tire issues and my entire charge was cheaper than what I was quoted for my entire diagnostics at the care dealer. In the future I plan on using only Pro 1

I've had Pro1 Automotive service my 1992 E250 Ford van & my 2009 Toyota Yaris Sedan since 2014. I've NEVER had to take my vehicle back because something wasn't done RIGHT the first time. Not ONCE have I ever been talked into something that was unneeded. Several times I've asked to see my vehicle while it was up on the rack & been obliged. Our vehicle overheated. We were towed from Loveluck NV to Pro 1 automotive based on a referral from AAA. This took place late Wednesday night prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. We used the night drop and scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning, when the shop reopened. Dustin and his staff were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our car. It turned out that the radiator cap had broken and the spring was inside the radiator. They were able to retrieve the spring supply, new radiator cap and replenish the coolant. They also supplied us with additional coolant for our trip back to California just in case. It was a challenging/frustrating experience for the holidays for sure with a positive ending and that the repair was far less expensive than we thought it might be. And most importantly, we were able to make it safely back to California. Much thanks to Dustin and his staff!

Towards the end of January, I brought my 2004 three-quarter ton Chevy Duramax diesel in to have a service change. Since that time I’ve had to come back twice! First to have the housing for the fuel filter replaced, which seems odd seeing how there was nothing wrong with it prior to be bringing it in. And second to have the moisture sensor on the fuel filter that you replaced, “replace again”because it went bad and I was getting a warning code that I had water in my fuel! Ever since then, my truck has been idling rough I will be taking it in to another service center to have your work. Double check at my own expense!!! Your service manager Paul was giving me bullshit excuses that were absolutely unacceptable. Not only will I NEVER have Pro1 work on my truck again. Stop in to get a diesel smog, was greeted upon entering. Service Tech took my keys, grabbed my truck and smogged my truck and was done in about 15 mins. State up'ped the fees apparently to $50 now but the team at Pro 1 Automotive was professional and fast. They are friendly, offer a clean waiting room with seating, coffee, water and customer restroom. Television available and on playing something (sorry didn't pay attention to what was on). Handicap parking up front. Pro 1 Automotive offers a lot of different services for both gas and diesel vehicles. I recommend Pro 1 Automotive, stop by, check them out, give them your business. You will be glad you did.

I was in there several times for a family member and Paul and the other gentleman greeted me when I entered. Every time. The lobby and waiting area where not what I expected. CLEAN,COMFORTABLE, lots of seating,large tv and CLEAN coffee maker with a variety of coffee pods.The work that needed to be done on my family members truck was done in timely manner and the cost was reasonable so when I needed my car worked on i took it to Pro1. They fixed it that day and final cost was $200 under quote. Pro1 is now my go to shop.
