Brought my car here as per the reccomendation by the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from. transmission was failing completely only a few months after the purchase was made. Keith from Keith's kars insisted I bring my explorer here, the shop couldn't tell me what was wrong other than it was severely dangerous, they were not very knowledgeable and did not even know what kind of transmission I had.... after several phone calls trying to clarify what the problem was they went dark, only speaking to the dealership owner Keith. without my knowledge they put in a used transmission Keith purchased online and without giving me any information about anything they installed it. I found out only by calling the shop for an update and was upset as to why I was not kept in the loop and why work was being done without my permission and Keith was very rude and told me I could take this used transmission he could leave me with nothing but a broken truck. This transmission was installed about two months ago and its failing again..... I feel scammed out of my money from both parties.

Had transmission rebuild on 98 gmc sierra. Ran for almost a year then it went out on me an hour out of town. Nothing but a hastle to get it repaired and they wanted to charge me for warranty work. After multiple phone calls and visits they supposedly fixed it at no charge . It's been about two years now and I think it's going out again. I wouldn't even recommend them to someone I didn't like .

Great service!!! They rebuilt my transmission in the time quoted. A few months later I did have a problem and they asked no questions, the just fixed it very quickly with a smile on their face!!! I recommend them highly!!!

Watch out for this place. I took my truck in for a flush and filter change. They asked if I could leave it, so I did. A few hours later, I get a message that it's done, but they are leaving and to pay over the phone. I pay and pick my truck up later just to find out they didn't do a flush or filter, only a drain and refill. I questioned them and was assured it was done. I sent photos showing the pan, and lines hadn't been touched. She then reverses her story about how it not serviceable, another Lie.... The next time I drove my truck, it began to shift erratically and spilled fluid while driving down the 80. I had to limp it back and leave it again while they checked it. Come to find out on the original service, they overfilled the transmission causing these problems. They were supposed to flush and change the filter the second time, too. Nope, another lie. The entire underside of my truck is now covered in oil, and they will no longer respond or speak to me. Stay away, Sierra trans are crooks and liars.

Mark at Sierra Transmission did a Great job repairing my 2000 Ford Expedition. I had an issue with the transmission linkage and my Expedition wouldn't go into park. Mark and his team got it fixed in record time and for a lot less than I had anticipated. Sierra Transmission Didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need unlike most other places. This is the only place I will be taking my car for now on. I can't thank them enough.

My 2011 Silverado just went over the 200,000 mile mark It drives like it did when I bought it with 70,000 miles. Mark is the only person who touches my truck.
