We had gotten a flat,an used out spare to drive 53 miles to get our main tire repaired. Mind you we have used this spare 3 times before. We stopped at "Sierra car care an tire service" in Reno. Yes on a Sunday,the guy came out,right away very rude. I still asked if I could get my tire plugged,we are riding on the spare. He smirks an says... it's Sunday,I said yes it is...he said,no not on a Sunday. I said I'm not from here an really need this to get home...he laughed at me an said with a smug look,come back tomorrow an ill fix it. An this hole time....his shop was empty ☹️.....we Google searched an "Tires Plus" came up. We went 2 minutes down the road an was met with "Nothing but kindness an smiles❤️👍 an to top off there kindness an polite conversation....they plugged our tire, fixing from the inside as well from the outside....an even mounted our tire an ballenced it for "FREE" 😮😮😊❤️ Awesome customer service an fast/grate work. Hats off to Tire's Plus in Reno👍👍👍......an yes we left a tip💪💪👍👍😊😊

These guys saved our bacon! Not only did they save our bacon, but there were quite knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. We didn't buy anything, but they were fantastic on a tire repair and I would expect that that carries through to the rest of the business they do there

They put the tires on great, which is what I asked them to do. I was wondering why my hood was popped. It’s because somehow they came up with a $4000 suggested service tab For my car. three of the jobs I had just done. Like I literally just emptied the differential oil A week before I went there and they said it needs it done. But don’t worry, they let me know that they can change the battery that past the test for only $270 Wild

Had 2 clock appointment and waited and hour and watched other cars go ahead of me that arrived after I did. Worst service station shop guys standing around joking and not working. Ended up telling them to just give my keys, if you have a appointment then you shouldn’t have to wait over an hour and they still haven’t touched your vehicle.

Do not under any circumstances get a CFNA credit card from Tires Plus. I was convinced to get one by the store and it wrecked my credit because of their error I have been trying to resolve this with the credit card company, which I found has a horrible rating, which is close to a sham If Tires Plus recommends this credit card as they did for me go somewhere else because no matter how hard you try and resolve it their customer service is outsourced to another country and is garbage Because of this error, my credit rating which was perfect has now dropped 100 Points and no one has been able to fix it. Look up CFNA and you will see that they do not have any good ratings

Extremely Disappointed with Tire Plus – Overpriced and Disorganized I had a terrible experience with Tire Plus and will not be coming back. First of all, they are WAY overpriced. The parts they sell are easily 1.5x more expensive than market prices. There is absolutely no justification for charging that much. Second, what is the point of making an appointment if it means nothing? I scheduled an appointment for a specific time, expecting service to start shortly after arrival. Instead, I was forced to wait 2–3 hours. At that point, it feels like a walk-in, first-come-first-served system, not scheduled service. Why even offer appointments if everyone is treated like they’re in a live queue? On top of that, they tried to charge me an additional $35 “supplies” fee, which I find completely unacceptable. This was never clearly explained upfront. I had to argue and demand a refund, and only then did they return the money. The fact that I had to fight for this says a lot about their business practices. Overall, Tire Plus feels disorganized, overpriced, and not transparent with their fees. Save your time, money, and nerves — there are much better and more honest shops out there.

I gave this tires plus 5 stars because of how helpful they were to me! This is not my usual tires plus but the one i normally go to was closed. However my experience here was amazing. Jess specifically was super helpful. She helped me find the cheapest option for tires and was extremely kind. She even gave me tips to make sure I didn’t lose a tire before my next appointment. Then Sean called me the next morning asking me about my appointment and confirming how great they were to me. He even offered me a discount when I explained I couldn’t get the extra work done because of money. Thank you Tires Plus !!

Mercedes and everyone at this shop is just angels! I walked in as soon as they open after a nightmare with a flat tire and spare tire driving from work in Carson to home in Reno and having to be back in Carson within a few more hours for another shift. With practically new tires we were going to just replace the one because the screw in my tire was semi close to the sidewall , but it was out. And just wild, they worked so hard to make it work. And THEY DID!!!! They were able to permanently patch the tire with no need to replace it. I cannot thank them enough!!! They turned a horrible night into such a great success. They will have my business forever. They even serviced my old car before getting this new one. They are such a reliable shop!!!
