Paramount Auto Body & RV with the entire company from from front of office to back of the shop repairs has proven my family & more than once, just how incredibly trustworthy, thorough & respectful they are. We wouldn’t go to any other company in Nevada! Tim & Steve definitely take each customers need’s seriously by ensuring that the vehicles /RVs they are repairing & inspecting have been properly repaired & thoroughly tested to the highest standards anywhere around. So blessed to have them here locally.

A rare occurrence to find an honest mechanic but these guys are it! The owner Steve has gone above and beyond to make things right and provide the highest level of service and technical expertise. Don the mechanic has been great. Peggie at the office has been really professional and caring. Overall can't ask for much more from an RV service center. I've been taking my RV to them for the last few years and going to continue to do so!! When I'm on the road it's good to know that my RV is running perfectly having been serviced by Paramount. Thanks for treating it as your own.

I had an accident backing out of my garage and horribly damaged the top of my car. I drive a Rivian and didn’t want to go to any body shop. I was recommend paramount auto body through word of mouth in the local Rivian community and I am so glad I took my car here. I met with Tim who gave me his honest assessment and trusted him in taking care of my car. They did a terrific job and I am so happy with the results. Thanks again!

Paramount is highly recommended for RV repair. So far, the process has been impressive. Repairs have not been completed yet.

We brought our car in for minor body damage caused by a slight side swipe. First the good news: Body work was nicely done, hence the second star. Now the bad news: If you listen to their recording, when you are on hold, you'll learn what egotists they are and you'll also learn some statements that are wrong. They say that insurance companies cannot limit the amount that body shops can charge for their work (that should be a warning as to how Paramount charges). Well, they can and Hartford did. They go on to say that they provide a loaner car if your insurance company does not cover one. Great, except they never told us that when we brought our car in so I never checked and they never provided one. It, eventually, took two months to get the car back. When we had not heard anything from them for awhile we called to find out when it would be ready and learned that they were in a feud with the insurance company over payment but they never explained what the problem was and I assumed it was because Hartford was behind in payments. Eventually, calling back and forth between the Hartford and Paramount, Hartford made all the payments that they were willing to make and Paramount wanted $900 more. In order to get the car back I had to pay it. If you read their Yelp reviews, including the reviews that are "not recommended" you will see how bad that customers think they are.

Took my trailer in for an insurance repair and I am very happy with the end result. Steve did all the negotiations with my insurance company and their adjusters, he got everything covered that he felt should be done versus what he adjusters wanted to pay for. Very pleased with Paramounts customer service, they went to bat for me and became my advocate, like they say in their advertising. Thank you to all.

Paramount did a fantastic job on the paint and body work on our RV. We were side swiped by another vehicle and had paint damage and some small dents. Paramount did a detailed estimate and then we set up an appointment to get the work done. They completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and it looks great. They do professional, high quality work and are very friendly and accommodating through the whole process.

We took our rig over to get an estimate and Steve said we will get started right away. They had it back to us the day we needed it for a trip we had previously planned. Steve and his crew really do try very hard to get the job done. Even when we did have a delay they got us right back in to finish up the decals. They do great work. Although the communication could be a little better we are very pleased with the work and service.

My wife and I took our Mercedes Motorhome in for some repairs. The auto step was not working properly, the problem was found and fixed, other issues we need fixed, ( not Paramount fault it didn't get done). Paramount found an issue on our part with our repair contract with insurance, we will be looking into. We were thrilled to find that while our Motorhome was in their care, it was detailed inside and out. We look forward to getting the insurance straightened out and take the Motorhome back for other repairs. Will always use Paramount R V for all our repairs. Thanks again for all your help.

Excellent service and excellent customer service! The wonderful owners of Paramount might not want us to advertise how spectacular our experience was there. We have our camper trailer traveling from Washington state. We blew a tire, which we were able to replace with our spare, but the blown tire tore apart our propane line. We pulled in without an appointment, and not only did they fix the line for us, but they treated us so kindly and only charged what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I sat in their office for an hour during the repair and heard nothing but excellent customer service from everyone in their office while they managed other customers. Very impressed.

Paramount recently completed body work on our classic 1940 Ford Deluxe. The end product was a car that looked better than new! Tim and his team did an outstanding job and treated our car with the utmost care, as well as dealing with the insurance company.

We brought our 5th wheel here after getting it lifted at Kro-Built down the street. They gave us an estimate of $6500 for the damage to the right rear and bumper sections. My insurance had pre-approved the quote. I tried calling them numerous times while they had it to try and get updates before finally getting through to Peggy, who is very overwhelmed. I was told they had to order one more part (a seal) and that it just needed some clean up. This was 5 weeks in. I finally received a call to come get it. I also received an email from my insurance company that a new claim had been submitted. I called my insurance and apparently Paramount had asked for another $5100. I asked for a copy of the quote. In the quote had right rear tail lamp listed. In the original quote it had the same thing. So, they were double charging. When I asked the owner about that, he said that the original was to remove and reinstall the tail light and the 2nd was to replace it (it wasn’t even damaged). Mind you, we had been charged over 63 hours of labor @ $139 an hour to fix my 5th wheel. When I asked him why he’s charging me to remove the tail light and reinstall it when I’m already paying $139 an hour in labor x63, he said who told you that? I said you just said that in the office…to which point he started flipping through the papers and ignored the question. They also charged me for things like license plate lights when my license plate doesn’t even have a light on it. My wife had asked him why the cost had almost doubled from the original quote. He said that happens in almost every instance. (ok, this is the biggest part of my entire feedback…”THE COST IS DOUBLE THE QUOTE ALMOST EVERY TIME”. His words, not mine). My wife said that we were never contacted and they just did it without asking…that our rates were going to skyrocket. His response was that it doesn’t matter how much as long as there’s a claim that our rates would go up. Be aware when going here and dealing with insurance claims that these people are shysters and will screw you and your insurance company over. Part of the quote was to fix the bumper and trim. They did not replace the left trim which is bent up and warped. I showed him and he had the audacity to ask me if that was part of the repair. I said, it was fixed on the right side, but not the left, why is that? He said they could resubmit to our insurance and get that fixed. I was outta there.

I worked with Matt, Manny, Jason, and Peggie to get my problem resolved in a quick and timely manner. They installed two new batteries in my camper van and I was good to go! I was thrilled at the quick turnaround.

So let me just start off by saying I bought this car from Dolan Lexus on 8/15 with 65K miles on it. I was leaving work on 8/21 and backed it into a poll that I was unable to see due to extremely tinted back windows and no rear view camera. Furthermore my insurance wanted me to get it done at one of there shops and said they could’ve fixed it for around 2200$ I also got it quoted at 3 other shops which quoted me around 4800-5800 . Paramount auto body was the shop I decided to go with because one they were supposed to have rental car while my car was being worked on free of charge (when you call and they put you on hold listen to there voice recording) and two because I heard they do good work and much better than the insurance company body shop. Here is where my problem is, the day I dropped off my car they made me sign a waiver stating if there was more damage they would have to send a supplement to the insurance company for additional charges. One week later I get a EMAIL stating they’re requesting an additional 3800$ to the 5800$ they already asked for because they can’t fix the quarter panel and need a brand new one. At this point the insurance company TOTALED my brand new car. I had called back and said no I would rather drive my car to a different shop and get it fixed but apparently paramount had already taken my quarter panel apart and I was unable to drive it off unless it was towed. My insurance company told me paramount already charged me close to 3 thousand dollars to take my quarter panel off so if I were to take it to another shop i would be looking close to the same cost. Read the reviews from other people who got put in this same postion I would not recommend this place to anyone. I paid 20k for a car that got totaled for a little tiny damage on the bumper and quarter panel I have attached a picture. Turns out they offer “Loaner Cars” not rental cars and by the time I was aware there was a difference they had no loaner cars available so I had to pay for rental!

These folks were very helpful in necessing, an estimating damage to my class B motorhome. They give me a lot of invaluable advice and suggestions. Unfortunately it was a total loss. Given the complexity of that They were very helpful in that difficult process. This is a second generation of the family running this business. 47 years at the same location. They'll take good care of you.

Oh gosh where to start. If you have your vehicle repaired with Paramount get ready to not see it for awhile. After them confirming the ordering of my parts a month in advance of my scheduled repair, it still took them 32 days to fix a hole in the bed of my pickup truck. Then getting it back I realized they didn’t put my running board back on or even give it to me. The inside of my rear door was taken apart and the plastic tabs inside have been broken off and now it rattles all the time. The seal on the outside of the door handle on the passages side also has the black seal hanging out the bottom. I also had a flat tire upon pick up and had to ask them to fill it so I could leave. All of this, and they said it was taking so long because they wanted it perfect. It was far from perfect. And to top it all off I had to pay additional $500 above my deductible and insurance payment of $6000.00 to get it back. Update to their response for time of repair. My insurance company gave me the check and paid for all repairs before the appointment. And when I did bring up missing my running board they wanted to keep my vehicle for another day or two and leave me without one once again, so why bring up more issues for them to keep my vehicle even longer.

Bill in RV service was great to work with throughout the claim. Communication was clear and consistent, and everything was handled efficiently without delays. The process moved forward smoothly, and the support was much appreciated from beginning to end.

You do have to make an appointment before you can get a quote, but they do have free quotes. Mine came out to $5632.69, I ended up taking it to Spraycraft off of Greg Street for much cheaper(2684.50) with the following results. Images are before the repair and after the repair and painting at Spraycraft off of Greg Street
