Should have gotten a Hyundai Pallisade. Walked in, 2 salespeople ignored me. Nobody at reception. Very limited inventory. I got a Honda Pilot since they had no CRVs in stocks. Overall happy but experience not so great.

The guys in the autobody shop were really nice, but the lady who I spoke with on the phone prior to the appointment was so rude. I wish I asked for her name but she usually answers the phone when you called their number on file. Her customer service was very poor.

Called to make an appointment and was treated very bad . As a technician in the automotive industry that works for a dealership I know that the way I was treated was 100 percent not ok. I won't be using this service center and I'm trading my Honda in so that I don't have to worry about this again .

Short Version: Bought 2 brand new cars within a short time. 1st oil change on the Ridgeline, they left the drain p[lug loose. Other problems were never fixed. Eventually, I just got rid of the Ridgeline. They just sold me a $600 service on a Pilot with just over 8,000 miles on it. I took the advice and had it done, only to find a screwdriver left on part of the car. The service Manager has not responded to my calls or emails on this one. I don't trust them OR Honda any more, and will not go back to ANY of the dealers owned by BP. You have been warned, go somewhere else.

I bought my first Honda 4 years ago when I was living in another state and moved to the Reno area last year. I've never had a bad experience with Honda, but I've never had such a warm, welcoming and friendly experience as I've had at this establishment with any dealership. Sal is a fantastic service advisor, but everybody I spoke with was amazing as well. My maintenance service package is finally done with, but I will continue bringing my car here.

Honda service shuttles only go until 4 apparently now. They'll take you to work but call you after 4 saying it's done and leave you without a shuttle. I've never had a service place do that before.

Horrible service. I’ve had the vehicle for 4 years, it’s ran beautiful with no problems. I’ve never missed a service but I made the mistake of taking it for a “full service inspection” which I paid almost $700 dollars for and a week after I took it, I’ve had multiple issues from the battery to the engine. The service advisors were very wishy washy about solutions and just not understanding of the frustration it has caused especially after paying so much money for a suppose full service. Definitely check other places before you bring your vehicle here.

I bought a vehicle from them and within days, the vehicle started making noises. The car only had 12K miles. It's under warranty but I can't seem to get assistance in resolving the issue. Please, do yourself a favor and don't use Bill Pearce. They have absolutely no integrity!!! Exploring my options.
