I took my friend's car there and asked them to give me a cost estimation, they fixed it and charged us 400 bucks without letting us know. After 2 weeks the car stopped running again and when we asked them about it they said its gonna cost more 260 bucks to fix it. I mean seriously ? what did u do in the first time them ? Was highly disappointed with their service and professionalism . They even said they didnt find our 1st time's receipt checking their last 3 months data which was a lie.. Never going there again .

Chano was a modern day hero for me on my cross country road trip in a rusty old van (northern CA to the northeast). We had a squeaky wheel when we stopped in Reno. He got us in the same day we called and stayed late to finish. He did the bare minimum we needed (new front brakes to fix the squeaking) and heroically fixed TWO break lines that broke in the process due to rust (my cars fault, not Chanos). He also recommended places for us to eat while we waited. After being told by the Firestone’s tire shop in Reno that we needed to spend $3,000 to replace our whole wheel system (rotor, breaks, etc.), Chano was a breath of fresh air who got us back on the road with little delay at an affordable price (about $550 for the whole job). Thank you, Chano!

When my fiancé and I were on a trip through Nevada from our home in California, my 2017 Rogue completely died about 30 minutes east of Sparks. Got a tow to Three C's and it was the best thing we could have done. Chano was super kind, professional, and honest. We understood that with it being almost 4pm on a Saturday, it was not going to be fixed and would have to wait til Monday -- when we would already be back home in California. Chano was awesome and ran a diagnostic that night and tried working with us to find out the problem. Monday afternoon rolls around and I'm back at home working, and I get a call saying my car was ready! YES!! Chano got it fixed up, replaced my mass air flow sensor, and I was on my way back to Nevada to get my baby before I knew it. My car was only out of state for about 2 days, amazing ❤️ She drives better than she has since I got her. Thank you, Chano! You saved us!!!!

I normally don't write reviews, but the service that Chano and his staff provided was so good that I feel like I need to tell people about this place. I was referred to Three C's from a very large shop that was too busy to look my vehicle. Chano, the owner, immediately inspected my vehicle and correctly diagnosed the problem (failing rear differential). The next day (Saturday)Chano and his team replaced my rear end with a new one I picked up at the junk yard. Chano is a really honest guy who clearly cares about the quality of his work. I mean the guy even let me drive his brand new truck all around town to look for parts--don't think many people would do that, haha. Highly recommended this place!

Brought in my vehicle for smog repair. I asked the front desk clerk if I could sit my bagged food next to her so I could walk down the street to take care of a matter. She agreed. When I got back, she had eaten my food. I was angry, so I told the manager. He reimbursed me. Such a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I told the manager to back my car out of their garage. I did not want to do business there.

This is an amazing mechanic. He really did a good job on my car I thought was toast! Good price too! I wasn’t even down my car a day! Took it in the mid morning was ready by 5:30! He was so nice too. Very helpful at explaining why the car broke as well. (Was worried it was gonna break more and he reassured me.) Still haven’t had any problems since.

Mr. Chano is an amazing mechanic!!! I was traveling through the area, and my car shut down. Another mechanic charged me $700 plus $150 for towing fees to tell me that he did not fix my car, and that the entire engine needed replaced. He said it would be 3 months before he could get to it. Mr. Chano replaced the exact same part for half the price, and fixed my car enough to drive across the country. *****
