Casey and the Reno Auto Works staff are always great about getting us in for an appointment when everyone else in Reno is booked virtually months out. Their pricing is reasonable and the work is quality and thorough; more so than any factory dealer I’ve taken my car to. Availability, product and technical knowledge, and customer service are huge points here that keep me a loyal customer. Thanks and highly recommended!

I took my car to Reno auto works these guy’s are awesome!! Casey the owner is awesome I completely trust these guys .. he even put in a part that was not included in the price Thank you so so much my car runs great. Look no further!! Let me Explain, I initially brought my car in because my steering wheel was shaking when going past 60 mph on the freeway, and when I use the brakes it slightly shakes. So they had a look at it, and one of their technicians took it for a drive and came to the conclusion that I needed new tie rods on both the front left and right side. The work was done efficiently and they let me watch the entire time, and I paid when it was done. After leaving, everything seemed great for a little while, and then I slowly started, realizing the wheel was still shaking a bit when I was on the freeway, and using the brakes. I went on in denial about it for over four months and drove 7000 miles on the vehicle before realizing maybe I should bring this back to the shop so they could see what’s going on here because the problem seemed to kind of never go away. this is when I was really worried because I have had some bad experiences in the past with auto bodies so I gave them a call and the owner whose name is Casey came to the phone and asked me how he could help and told me to bring the car in right away so he could have a look And told me that everything would be okay. When I came in the professionalism by Casey and the way I could truly feel that he cared about me as a customer Completely blew me away. Even though I should’ve called him right away when the problem occurred and not waited as long as I did, His words were.. And I quote.. “ I’ll tell you what let me take it for a test drive personally and have a look at it and if I can’t make the shaking stop and fix the problem then I will give you back a full refund to your $700 that you paid for the tie rods “ you do not get any responses like that of accountability from auto bodies these days and not only did he completely fix the problem and the shaking stopped 100% as he came to the conclusion I needed new brakes and rotors and on the previous visit it must’ve not has been as visible, but this was clearly the problem to him and he won hundred percent solved it and the car is driving so safe and secure but most of all made me feel safe and secure the entire time and over and beyond any expectation I could’ve had. I had to leave a detailed review because you do not get customer service like this too often and I would highly recommend going to this place Reno Auto Works Before you go anywhere else!!! Absolutely best experience I have ever had with my car, Thanks again!!!

Casey at Reno Auto Works is the absolute best mechanic I have done business with. I have owned several BMW's and recently bought a used one and live and work near Reno Auto Works and stopped in. I'm a Breast cancer survivor and just had my 7th and last surgery last month and my BMW went to Casey's shop a week before my big surgery and I had no worries because from the start Casey was so honest and sent me a detailed break down of costs for repairs and waited patiently for my approval. He was absolutely amazing because my recovery was long last month and waited patiently for me to pay and pick up my BMW. Casey is an angel on this journey of mine always so kind, professional and honest. I appreciate him so much I needed my car to be dependable and he made sure if this and made Time to get me the best deal on labor and parts. Thanks Casey for being an amazing business owner and a honest and kind one. RENO is blessed to have you and I have highly recommended you to many. Casey saved my trip to Burning Man!!!! Was able to drop my Excursion off and Casey was able to find a starter for me, fix my AC and repair my turbo intake. Love Reno Auto Works!!!! Awesomeness still exists!!!!

I discovered Reno Auto Works through Google and couldn't be happier with the work they've done. After purchasing a used Toyota Corolla I visited them for a full-vehicle inspection where they detected rusted rotors (Casey let me know this happens with East Coast/Midwestern vehicles that haven't been cleaned after the roads are salted) and brake pads that needed replacement. Him and his team were incredibly honest, allowing me to see this damage without even asking and concluding that this was the only thing in need of repair. I asked Casey if there was a way for me to hold off on this maintenance for a few months, and he said as long as I wasn't going on any long trips or in situations with hard braking I'd be fine. I took my car in for this recommended maintenance 3 months later as I am relocating out of state. Since my last visit, Casey and his team now have a new shop with a comfy waiting room, plenty of parking, and an awesome coffee maker. Froilin provided exceptional customer service, and was able to schedule my service within the same week. He is just as personable, friendly, and helpful in person as he is over the phone. My service was completed within 3 hours. The charge was more than fair and the customer service from Casey, Froilin, and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was phenomenal. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. I highly recommend Reno Auto Works to anyone in the area as they are a trustworthy mechanic. They won't rip you off and unlike the dealership, they aren't looking to recommend things that aren't needed. I'm sad I won't be able to visit them in my new city, but am very grateful for the work and customer service they provided during my time here.

This review is long overdue. I was in last year, just passing through the Reno area. It was a Saturday after and my truck broke down. I was 5 hours into a cross country trip and my brakes locked up. I called several shops and they all told me that the soonest they could look at it was Monday. I really didn't want to get a hotel room until a shop opened up days later.... I called Reno Auto Works and Blake answered, I explained the situation and he told me to bring it over and see if they could help! I could see that they were busy, but Blake was able to get me in! The caliper has seized up and had to be replaced. Blake was able to get the parts and make the repairs, late in the day on a Saturday! I can't recommend this place enough. Extremely helpful, polite and professional service.

They took the time to explain the issues and even break down things I didn’t understand, giving me advice along the way. Shout out to Blake at Reno Auto Works. My wife and mother in law were traveling to Iowa from the Central Valley Ca. My 2005 Chevy Silverado just shut down on the 80. Called RAW and Blake said bring it in. We got towed in and they got the problem diagnosed and got the girls back on the road the same day. Awesome job Reno Auto Works.

I’m having the classic issue where my truck is making a noise but every time I bring it into a shop I can’t trigger it lol. these guys are very nice and never overcharge for diagnosing time which they easily could. This is a fantastic team and group of people to work with. Let me start with Casey. I have been working with him for years for vehicle maintenance and repairs. He's a straight shooter who knows his stuff and won't push anything on you that you don't need. I can't recommend him enough. So when he says a car is good to go, I know it's true. Then we have Teddy - who was willing to stay late to make sure my wife and I left with a good vehicle at a good price. He walked us through the lot, let us test what we wanted and helped us narrow down our search. He was just fantastic. And at the end we have Jesse Jr. This guy got us a fantastic finance rate, made sure it was hassle free, we knew what we were signing up for, how we would pay, what steps are next. The whole 9. You can see from all the other reviews just how hard working, honest and capable the team here is and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

For Starters, I would like to thank Casey, Frank, Blake and staff at Reno Auto Works. They did a great job diagnosing the leak on my vehicle and doing the general maintenance as well. Casey was more then helpful in helping me and giving reasonable prices that others couldnt match. They also work with my warranty company which some mechanic shops won't do. I highly recommend Reno Auto Works. This is the second time I went to them with two diffrent vehicles and they haven't disappointed . They are very transparent with their prices and what work should be conducted on your vehicle. They are understanding and won't bs you or up sale you on stuff you dont need or do need.
