Super friendly and helpful staff! Great selection of tires and wheels/rims. One of the only tire shops that carried the size of tire and brand that I wanted for my 2018 Jeep Renegade! I love the way these Toyo 235/70R16's look on my vehicle! Just make sure you make an appointment, they get REALLY busy and you don't want to get stuck waiting for a really long time...still totally worth the time spent waiting on my walk in visit for my vehicle to get finished. I highly recommend these guys!

These guys are unbelievable! Tony and Sonia far exceeded customer service standards and treated me as if I was family. I had a very bad situation happen with my vehicle and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road and safe. RNR Tires in Reno is the place to go. Hands down the best. Highly disappointed with my service here. Last week I had came in to get my tire patched due to a nail. I had purchased tires from here in April. Waited nearly 3 1/2 hours just to receive a patch that wasn’t put on right and wasn’t glued. It was like taking a piece of duct tape to a leaking water faucet. I didn’t get out of there till about 6:45… 45 minutes after closing time. I had arrived at 3:20 10 minutes before my appointment. I’m guessing they were just in a rush to get out of there and didn’t truly care. When I had called to express my concern about having a flat tire 1 week following having the “repair service” the male employees only response was “well did you pay for it?”. You guys really need to take the sign down by the front door that claims you provide patching, alignment, and free tire air after purchasing tires from your business. The older lady in the office said it was free of charge since I had purchased the tires from there 6 months ago. Very unprofessional and misleading. I would have totally paid for it had Id known that but it’s still no excuse to provide such a careless service. As a Reno resident of 20+ years I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Very poor service. I always pay for my tires in full so I expect good service. I have always been a respectful and gracious customer wherever I go… to be honest this the first negative google review I’ve ever written. I will say the older lady that answers the phone and does the scheduling has always been very polite and professional. This negative review is not directed towards her by any means. I really would hate to see someone get into a wreck over a bad service on their tires/vehicle which is why I’m posting.

I was driving down the highway & suddenly i got a flat on my car. I stopped at the local 76 gas station to assess the situation & my tire was completely flat. My girlfriend looked around & found RNR Tire Express & even though it was last minute; they were able to take us in & potentially fix/replace our tire! We went over there & Austin, Sonya, Jessie & a few other tire technicians (couldn't remember the names) was able to fix up the tire puncture & reinstall my tire back in my car really fast! Im very appreciative & grateful for their time & effort. I would definitely recommend:)

Recently moved to Reno. Had an issue with a slow tire leak. Customer Service Rep, Austin, found the culprit causing the leak, spoke with the service manager, to work on my vehicle. Austin personally jumped in, even though, I couldn’t find the security key to the lug nut, he was still able to remove the lug nut, take off the tire and remedy the problem, with lightning speed. He was professional and swift. Considering what I was up against (time and new Reno resident), it was a warm welcome with great customer service and reasonable price!!! I would return for any of my tire needs and would recommend them to any new friends and coworkers!!! Thank you Austin and RNR!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would at first I thought this Company was great. They set me up with tires. I made payments solid for over two years. They don’t even tell you about the payout early or any options. They just let you keep paying as long as you’re willing to pay But also my wife got sick and I went out on FMLA and this company has no compassion. Not only they call and leave threatening messages, saying that they’re going to go report me to the sheriff’s office Over civil matters they keep threatening me every day that they’re gonna come tow my vehicle when I was a solid customer for years and then when I had problems, they didn’t even offer to help. They just went after me like I was doing them wrong. This is a civil matter I would not recommend this company to anybody not only do they overcharge you three times a price for tires but their customer service skills are in the gutter. Toni, the GM and Sonia use terror tactics on their customers to try to scare them and they threaten them. The customer service is one of the worst customer service teams I ever dealt with don’t ever go to this company for tires. It’s better just to pay for them out, right. I don’t even think I owe $400 but you should see how they harass you without offering any help. It’s ridiculous.

First off I want say Thank You to Geo and Jacob for helping us out last minute. We were coming from LA California and needed a brand new tire with a rim. They took the time to order us a new one that would come in the next day. Not ONE tire shop around Reno had the tire or offered a fast delivery for a brand new one. They gave an amazing service and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend you come here, especially if youre coming from out of state or anywhere far. Love this place. I have purchased tires here for both of my vehicles. When they say free alignment for the life of the tire they aren’t kidding. I hit a pice of concrete and bent my rim. Got a new rim but needed the tire taken off the old rim, mounted onto the new rim and balanced. They took care of me and they did an alignment. I will always recommend them.
