I’ve had a few problems in the past with my car, and knowing how stressful it can be, NonStop Auto made it super easy for me. Breaking things down on what was wrong with my car, explaining options I had on fixing it and pricing was not bad compared to other auto shops. They are quick and efficient and I am definitely keeping them as my auto shops! Thank you so much guys for always taking care of my car !

Went above and beyond, added extra work without billing me for it. As a consumer, I definitely feel the value of my dollar here, unlike like at the dealership.

TLDR: Given the 50% first pass success rate on two jobs, delayed completion, unauthorized diagnosis fee, and the labor cost I'd have been better off taking my car anywhere else. Won't be back. I requested a seat cover replacement and rear passenger window regulator be replaced on my 2013 sedan. Nonstop Auto gave reasonable quotes and noted they hadn't done the seat cover placement but the window regulator job would be no problem. I relayed that I appreciated the transparency and made an appointment a week or two out. I had my car to them before the shop opened on the day of the appointment and was again told it would take 2-4 hours to complete. During drop off I told one of the technicians a door panel anchor would need to be replaced as it was stripped. I showed the tech a duplicate part on the door for reference and asked he pass this information along. I mentioned this part needing replaced again to the secretary later that morning on the phone when she confirmed they were starting on my car. I think I mentioned this to a third individual before drop but don't remember who I spoke with. Sounded like one of their service writers or technicians. I had called several times to line up parts and scheduling. I got a call ~4:30 that my car wouldn't be ready by close of business but they'd stay late to complete. Cool as long as the work is done properly. I rearranged my evening to allow them extra time. On the same call I was told I'd have a code provided after payment to retrieve my key and the vehicle would be ready in their lot. Without verifying work was complete I paid in full through their online portal. I did not receive the key box code that evening so I had to bring an extra key (had planned to anyways). Upon arrival my car was left unlocked with my credit card visible on the passenger seat. The seat cover was done properly but the window wasn't working properly before I left the parking lot. Received a call the next day where they said they figured out the machine that sent the key box codes upon payment was broken. I asked if the window regulator was tested and the secretary without consulting anyone said yes. Hard to reconcile with how the window didn't roll up or down for me before I even drove off their lot some 12 hours ago. When I asked if I needed to pay for the door panel anchor (~$7 list price) they said they forgot to replace that part. Great one of two anchors that holds the door panel to the door isn't in place. I provided the OEM part number and a local store that had one stock. They properly offered to schedule once they had the part and get the window working at no cost to me. Over the next few weeks my lock / unlock latch on the door with the replaced window regulator began to work ~25% of the time. Two weeks later I dropped my car back off to complete the repair. Nonstop Auto called and that it's ready but I hadn't mentioned the new problem from stemming from the prior work. They took a look at the issue and quoted me a ~$420 repair and that I'd now owe a $186 diagnosis fee. I did not consent to this diagnosis fee and seems a bit unfair given the issue developed following their 1st attempt at the window regulator work. The first appointment I was billed for 2 labor hours within the originally quoted range. This review was offered to them prior to posting but they declined to read. It also looks like they're behind on their business license and don't take their mission statement seriously. Given the 50% first pass success rate on two jobs, delayed completion, unauthorized diagnosis fee, and the labor cost I'd have been better off taking my car anywhere else. Won't be back. July / August 2025.

This is a wonderful auto shop and they have an extra level of service and care that is outstanding. They offer free towing service and I rented a car from them in the meantime, while my car was being worked on. I definitely recommend them.

I went in not knowing what was wrong with my van and the guy who diagnosed my van found multiple things that I didn't know was wrong with it once the mechanics fixed everything up my van is running fantastic. The receptionist was polite, courteous and very professional. I spent more than I really want to but it was worth it. I have other projects that need to be done in a later date and I will definitely be coming back to nonstop auto for the repairs.

This place is awesome! Brought my car in for an inspection form for a 97 Honda, and even though Edgar signed off on the inspection, the DMV still gave me a hard time. It's ok - I don't blame Hector for something the DMV does or does not do. The lady at the front desk is awesome, and Edgar was a professional during my visit. Definitely recommend Nonstop Auto!

Excellent service all around. We have a fleet of cars service by NonStop Aito. Their prices are very reasonable for the work they do. All our vehicles are carefully and thoroughly inspected for any possible issues before returning them to us. They are very accommodating and will do whatever they can to meet our. needs. We are extremely comfortable with their service and will continue sending our cats to them.

worst experience I’ve had at a mechanics. I was told to bring the car in at 8am and they would do the job, so I woke up early to bring it, they didn’t look at it till the next day so I had to cancel my Airbnb in Shasta and get a hotel and was separated my stuff and wasted a lot of my time.. Then they over charged me labour, (I was a mechanic) also tried charging me an hour labour to change my coil which I did myself in 3 minutes the day after I left which was $300 cheaper than they tried to charge me for that job and part. The mechanic was nice, the lady was nice, but dishonest and it messed with my time, and cost me extra money from the communication not lining up with the actions and having to book a hotel and cancel accommodations I don’t like writing bad reviews but doing the coil myself in 3 minutes (in the photo) proved what I felt about xtra hour of labour they charged me on my main bill which is about $180 and wouldn’t been more if I accepted the coil job

Unfortunately I HAVE to update my review the experience onsite was great overall and the phone estimation with repair list etc... Is use friendly. Major problems with the repairs though! One month after the repair started hearing a noise when reversing. Looked under the car, front and rear. The tie rod that they were supposed to have replaced didn't seem right. On of the booth of the tie rod was completely cracked and dry as if it had not been replaced. At the same time I received a generic text message from them inquiring about how everything was, I replied but nothing. Now 2 months after the repair, there is some heavy squealing on driving forward and reverse, it seems like it's coming from the front breaks (which were also repaired) I replied again to their message but nothing. Overall I spent a bit more than 3k for what seems like parts bought on temu or job not done as it was supposed to. I do not recommend and will not use their service again.

For someone who does not know about cars, it can be hard to find a good shop that I can trust to not over gouge the prices. But they worked with me and I even got a 15% discount for being a teacher! The staff was kind and Edgar was great at explaining the issues to me. This shop definitely has my future business!

On our way to my daughter’s wedding during a blizzard our car died. I had all the decorations and whatnot loaded down. After 4 hours of being on the side of the road in white out conditions. We were towed to nonstop auto. We were in great hands the moment it arrived. They dealt with everything they understood the severity of the situation and the panic I was in. They told me I was priority number 1 they excellently made the necessary repairs worked with the warranty company and fixed my car all in one day. In a world where excellent customer service and the customer is always right seems all but dead this place stands alone. We can’t thank them enough. Never change you amazing customer service policy nonstop auto. More like nonstop amazing!! We love you!!! If we ever need anything we will be going there!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to Nonstop Auto for a few years now, and they’ve consistently earned my trust. The owner and team are professional, respectful, and genuinely friendly—it feels more like a family-run environment than a typical repair shop. 🤝 What stands out most is their honesty. I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs, and they’ve always communicated clearly about any issues with my vehicle. 🔧 That kind of transparency is rare and incredibly valuable. The owner runs the shop with real integrity and deep knowledge. 🧠 Businesses like this are important for the community, and I’m glad to support a place that treats customers with fairness and respect. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend Nonstop Auto. 🚗
