Amazing service and reasonable prices! I had a *really* slow leak that I couldn’t find. There were no nails or obvious problems with the tire, so I took it to Jesus. He found this teeny, tiny piece of metal that had worked its way into the tread. He put on a very solid patch (making sure to mark the orientation so he didn’t have to charge me to rebalance it) and also checked all of my other tires, including my spare. Since I do a lot of off-roading, it’s critical to have good tires (and spares!), so I really appreciated the time he took to make sure everything was safe. I’ll definitely be back when I need new tires!!

We curbed a tire badly while on a road trip, and were worried that we wouldn't be able to find an honest tire shop that had a replacement in stock (we have kind of rare tires). Fortunately we found this shop. They were super efficient, had the right tire and replaced it within an hour. They weren't at all interested in ripping off out-of-towers, just in fixing it well and quickly. The price was super reasonable as well and the guys were friendly. Highly recommend!

I had an awesome experience at Sierra Nevada Tire shop and can’t recommend them enough! I rolled in with a massive screw stuck in my tire, and they had it patched up and filled with air in just 15 minutes—boom, done! The service was super quick, the environment was clean, and the staff was professional. I’ve been here before to buy used tires, and those were top-notch quality, too. The only slight downside is the location can feel a bit tight, but it’s honestly no big deal. Bonus points for Tesla owners: they’ve got Tesla pucks to properly lift electric vehicles, which shows they’re on top of their game. Five stars all the way!

Was sent here because another shop didn't have the size I needed. Got here and these guys were friendly, gave me a deal I couldn't refuse and got me back on the road with 2 solid front tires.. This is the go 2 for used tires hands down... Update: Jan 22 24 I got a nail in my back tire, I assumed I'd need to replace both rear because the tread was getting to that low point. Instead of pushing me to purchase new tires, my guy recommended I let him patch it that the tires got a bit of life left. But if I want the extra safety, I'd notice a difference. It'll be hard to convince me to go anywhere else for tires. Respect!

My wife and I were passing through Reno on our way to California and needed new tires. Jesus was able to get us 4 top of the line tires for a reasonable price. Both him and George took care of us. OMG HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Total life saver. Jesus is a Great Guy.!! I got into an accident and crawl to his shop on my flat tire. He wasn't open yet so I had to park next door. He walked over to my car and did all the work in the other guys parking lot and gave me a "like new" used tire for 45 dollars and got me back on the road in less than 20 minutes! He knew I was in a bad spot and he shifted his priorities to take care of me first. 👍💯

This is the BEST tire shop I’ve ever been to in my life, and I honestly wish I lived closer. I’d come here and give Jesus all my business for as long as I owned vehicles. Let me set the stage… I’m driving down Donner pulling a massive 40’ livestock trailer that weighs almost 20,000 pounds, and I feel bumping. I can’t tell if it’s the truck or the trailer, but I was limping my one ton diesel and the trailer all the way to the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center. I get the trailer unhooked and I can tell for sure it’s the truck. I ask the people that run the Events Center for a shop recommendation, because I need a shop that can work on bigger trucks, not just little passenger cars. They say Sierra Nevada Tires gets all their business. I take it to Jesus around 3pm, and instead of telling me I need to leave the truck for a day or two, he looks at it and says “This tire is out of round. It’s basically coming apart from the inside and this bulge right here is what is causing the bumping. I’ve got a used tired I can put on there to get you back home. That’s the cheapest option.” I ask him if he can get 4 new tires, since I’m going to need that anyway. He quotes me less than what my shop at home charged me originally (2 years ago) and says he’ll send his wife to go get them and he’ll stay late to get the truck done in a couple hours. He then gives me the keys to his shop truck and says, “You’ve got your daughter with you. Take our truck so you aren’t sitting with her in the heat. I’ll call you when it’s ready.” Who does that?!? Jesus does! He calls me at 6:30p (30 minutes after closing time) and tells me it’s all done and to come swap trucks. Then he charged me less than his original quote, which was already SUPER competitive to begin with. I cannot recommend this shop enough for their honesty, customer service, and going absolutely above and beyond to get me back on the road - knowing it’s not likely I will need tires in Reno again, since I don’t live here. I only wish I did so I could come back to Jesus again. THANK YOU Sierra Nevada Tires!!!!
